Chapter 31: CHARMY PAPPITSON
Charmy is a petite girl with shoulder-length black hair and green eyes, appearing much younger than her age with some confusing her for a small child. One of her facial features is her thin eyebrows and wide forehead. She usually sports her hair in an upside-down bun hairstyle with fringes framing both sides of her face, and her forehead left exposed.
she seems to have misunderstood me. she seem's to think i am here to steal her food. when i told her, i didn't want her food , she seems to have calmed down. she looks at me with curiosity. i ask her
yami :"who are you? why are you here?
i asked her some questions and she answered them honestly. her name is charmy pappitson. she had recently got her grimoire and had come into the forest to find new types of food. she took a liking to the fruits growing in this area, so she started to gather them up. but it seem's that action offended the mana beasts in the forest . so the mana beasts came looking for charmy for a fight, but charmy beat them all up and proclaimed the forest and its flora and fauna as her own. due to charmy taking over the forest it seems that all the mana beasts left the forest.
yami :'the mana beasts that she beat up and drove of should be the ones attacking the nearby settlements and villages. she doesn't seem to have intentionally caused this incident. but her actions have caused a lot of trouble. she has to take responsibility for it'
yami :"although you don't know, but the beast's you drove of attacked nearby villages and hurt civilian's. even if you didn't do it intentionally ,you're actions caused a lot of damage. what are you going to do about it?"
charmy seems surprised what i told her and seems sad.
charmy :"i am sorry. i didn't do it intentionally. i just wanted to eat some delicious food. i didn't want to hurt anyone. i don't know what i can do to repent?"
yami :"since you really feel sorry for your actions you should apologize to the villagers. and since you want to repent, why don't you join my squad and protect the people?"
charmy :"join your squad?"
yami :"yes, i am a magic knight squad captain. i was sent here by the wizard king to investigate and solve this situation. but i didn't think i would find you here and you are the cause of all this!. well with your power you can easily join the magic knights. so, what say? wanna join my squad?"
charmy thinks for a second and answers depressingly
charmy :"thank you for the offer, but i don't fit in with other people. i like delicious food and like to eat a lot, so other people ostracize me. i don't fit in to society . i am an outcast. so it would be better for you , if i didn't join your magic knight squad !!"
yami :"if that is your concern, you don't need to worry. my squad is full of outcasts and outsider's. another one joining in wouldn't be much of a problem. you could say my squad is the gathering of unique and weird people. it is a place where someone like you will fit right in. so do you want to join my squad or go to prison?"
chary is surprised by yami's statement and stares at him. her mood brightens up and asks him
charmy :"is that true? will it be a place where i can fit in? is there really such a place?"
yami :"well that's what i have been saying. due to the mission's of the magic knights you can travel all over the kingdom and find new kinds of food. you can even go to places where normal people can't even go of dreaming. and also you will get a good amount of salary for the work you do, with it i believe you could buy and eat food for a long time. although there are a couple of weirdos in my squad ,you're a weird yourself , so it isn't going to be a problem . and joining my squad is a lot better than going to prison and eating bad food everyday, so what say?"
charmy :"i'll join, i will become a magic knight!"
yami :' charmy pappitson an original member of the black bulls in the anime and a huge glutton. i didn't think i would meet her like this. she has just got her grimoire but she has such tremendous mana. her mana reaches the class of royals. in the anime charmy was just a commoner , there was no mention of her being a noble or a royal, so what is with her tremendous mana? not only that, but when she attacked me with her magic , through my ki i sensed something other than human mana in her and its dormant inside her. i can sense tremendous power from whatever is inside her? there was nothing like this in the anime. i need to be careful in the future because things that are not seen in the anime are happening!!'
yami :"good. now you are a member of the 'BLACK BULLS'. but before we head to our base , we should visit the villagers first."
charmy :"yes"
charmy creates a cloud of cotton and lifts me,her and the food on the ground into the air. the both of us visit the nearby villages and charmy apologizes to them. she gives them the food she gathered as an apology. she also gave me food as thanks. the villagers accepted her apology as there wasn't any casualties and no lives were lost. only the houses and buildings were damaged due to the beast's. some of the villages resented charmy and she was sad about it. but there was nothing i could do about that. after she apologized to all the villagers in the villages that got attacked, i led her towards the 'BLACK BULLS' base.
