Chapter 47: Safe

After guessing that the page that was present inside the coffin could have been a one time Shenron, Sekke sat down beside the coffin while embracing his legs feeling a dejected.

The skeleton was also sitting beside Sekke and was patting the Dark Lord's back, seeing that the human for some reason was feeling down and tried cheer him up a bit.

"...If only I knew it before hand..." muttered Sekke in a slightly sad voice.

He then felt the bony hand on his back and turned to look at his side only to find the Skeleton patting him and looking at him without any expression on its face.....skull.

'Well he is a skelton after all.' thought Sekke as he sighed.

"Can you understand me?" asked Sekke to which the skeleton just gave a nod.

"Did you know what the page present along with you in the coffin was?"

The skeleton tilted it's skull a bit looking confused....or that's what Sekke felt since the skull had no expressions on its face.

"Whatever, it's not like I can reverse time and do it over again anyway." said Sekke with a slightly annoyed tone.

"So what's your nam- Ah right you cannot speak....All right I will call you Ainz from now on." said Sekke without even giving the Skeleton, now named Ainz, a chance to respond.

The skeleton stared at Sekke for a while before giving a nod to Sekke.

Sekke smirked and then pointed at himself and said, "Good now let me introduce my self. I am Sekke Bronzazza also know as the great dark lord."

The skeleton stared at the smug Sekke for a while before giving a nod once again.

"So let me ask you a question that professor oak always asks. Are you a boy or a girl?" asked Sekke and looked at the skeleton.

"Boy?" asked Sekke to which Ainz once again nodded.

"All right Ainz-kun, do you know what place is this and if there is any treasure in this area?"

Ainz just shook its head in denial making Sekke give out a sigh of disappointment.

"...You were of no use Ainz. "Sasuga Ainz-sama" my ass." said Sekke with a disappointment look towards the Skelton who slumped it's shoulder and looked down on being called useless.

"Well what are you doing here anyway, forget it you cannot speak right now. Hey do you get any urge to kill humans or anything like that?" asked Sekke.

Ainz immediately jolted it's body and looked towards Sekke and shook its head furiously.

Sekke smirked and said, "Is that so, then you are a good person....skeleton I guess."

Hearing his answer Ainz stopped shaking it's head and looked at Sekke for a while before giving a nod once again.

Sekke nodded as well and then decided to check his Grimoire.

His bronze magic Grimoire started flipping pages and soon the page that Sekke knew was not present before appeared.

[Bronze Creation Magic: Safe of Eternity ]

'So that page changed my wish to a magic that will go along with my affinity....let's test this out.'

Sekke stood up and looked around before his gaze fell on the coffin behind him.

"Mind if I use this Ainz?" asked Sekke as he looked towards Ainz.

Ainz shook his head giving his approval go ahead.

Sekke nodded and then pointed his hand towards the coffin.

[Bronze Creation Magic: Safe of Eternity]

Soon magic flowed out of Sekke's body as he widened his eyes a bit at the amount that it took.

'Still, it's not an unreasonable amount.' thought Sekke as he focused back on the spell.

Soon a huge safe appeared in front of Sekke surprising both him and Ainz.

But before they could admire the design the front of the safe opened and revealed it's inside.

Sekke's eyes started shining as he saw the inside of the safe since it looked really nice and futuristic from inside.

Not even saying anything Sekke got near the safe and stepped inside.

<Greetings my lord>

Suddenly Sekke heard a voice in his mind and got a bit surprised and started looking around.

"Hey Ainz did you hear anything?"

But Ainz just shook its head in denial.

'Was it the voice of the safe and is it like that only I can hear it?' thought Sekke.

<It is precisely like that my lord>

'...Cool...' thought Sekke as he heard the voice once again.

Sekke then started looking around and soon his gaze fell on a display.

'It is touch screen?' thought Sekke as he looked at the screen and gave a tap on it.

Immediately after that the screen glowed and various options appeared on the screen.

Sekke started fiddling around with the screen and seeing that he was busy, Ainz got in the safe as well and started looking around.

After fiddling with the screen for a while Sekke understood the 'basic' things that it can do.

First of all the storage space in the safe was unlimited, and was capable to suspend the time inside the safe if needed.

It was also able to store in both living and non living things. It can also store everything on its own if the target is already decided by the spell caster.

It can also make various spaces inside it making it possible for Sekke to have his own room inside a safe if he wanted to as well as manage the size of the room if required.

All the functions of the safe are manageable by the screen that he was interacting with and only he could interact with it. Though various functions like making different and personal spaces, automatic storing etc. required Sekke to use his mana so he decided to not test all of them at the moment.

All of a sudden Sekke felt a huge amount of mana coming from the treasure room Asta and the others were. He immediately jumped out of the safe and without noticing Ainz who was about to come out as well closed the door of the safe and deactivated his spell.
