Seems powerful but I didn't take Haxes into account merely Row Power. Also in the grand scheme of the infinite existing reality, they ain't anywhere near strong enough.
I know bleach can be scaled to Universal or even Universal and shit, but this is where I like it to be. Also, I will either amping or depowering some verses... it will be to make the script writing easier for me.

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE/POINT OF THIS FIC IS THAT SOMEONE LARGELY SUPERIOR TO YOU IN ROW POWER CAN NEGATE YOUR hAXES. YHWATCH WITH THE ALMIGHTY CAN'T DO SHIT TO PEAK GOKU. GOKU WILL FLEX A MUSCLE AND HE WILL DIE. (That was an exaggeration... or was it?)
The haxes I am talking about is those that affect the enemy like time stop and the like of the Almighty, but it will still affect the user if he wishes so.
Meaning in YHATCH vs GOKU case, he can probably see the future and change it, but the changed future will not affect Goku, because he is just that much more powerful than Ywhach.
I know this is not perfect but meh... I will make it work somehow.
