When i said these words, many lords were angry and began to complain, but no one pays attention to the losers.
''all other territories will retain their rightful lord and must swear allegiance to me and my family in perpetuity, having said that please, Lord Hihgtower, Lord Florent, Lord Tarly, Lord Beesbury, Lord Redwine...''I said, naming all the lords who were to swear allegiance to me

''And what will become of us'' shouted Mace Tyrell ''you are free to go where you will, but your castles, domains and small folk have been granted to me by the rightful king of the seven kingdoms Robert Baratheon, have a wonderful day you may retire'' I said as I returned to my private room.
There were some shouts of anger, rage, anguish and desolation, but all were silent as the Teutonic knights began to open the doors so that they could leave my domain.
After this obligatory ceremony, I began to plan for the future the construction of new cities as well as irrigation canals, the Tyrells being very rich never invested much in improving the infrastructure of the reach.
Worse still something I could not understand the shield islands, islands that were fortified to defend the entrance to the mander river to prevent the Ironborn from attacking across it, 4 islands were completely fortified to defend a river, instead of fortifying the entrance to it.
And with it comes the pathetic attempted assault on the shield islands by the Ironborn I am concerned that the loyalty of the guardians of the mander river is compromised, and one of my first decrees was the creation of a fortress city at the estuary of the mander to defend it once and for all.
It will take some time and I will have to locate plenty of resources, but I was already contacting many merchants and lords in the area who could supply me with the materials to start building a city, as it should be built.
Unfortunately, the reach does not have many discovered natural resources necessary for the construction of my new city and I will have to import all of them, for the moment I will have to bear the burden with what I have obtained by looting the reach, but this policy cannot be supported for long, and I will have to find a way to regulate the commercial imbalance, since not everything can be paid for by selling wine and grains.
This time instead of gathering the Prussian high command, I gathered with many of my engineers to start making the plans for the city and also deployed many Finns to look for mineral deposits in my domain, if the lords of the reach were negligent we might find minerals in my domain untapped.
For this mega project we would need huge amounts of crushed stone, limestone and ash to make cement and iron and coal for steel, plus building facilities to be able to process huge amounts every day.
Upon completion of this city, I will discharge many of my soldiers, but for the time being they will work for me building our new home.
After the meeting with my engineers, I set off with my army to the estuary of the Mander River to begin the foundations of the new city.
2 weeks after, the mander river estuary
during this time, I have received news from the capital, apparently King Robert has married Cersei Lannister, through the insistence of Lord Tywin and Lord Arryn they managed to convince Robert to marry into this marriage Robert secured the loyalty of all the seven kingdoms including my help with Dorne.
But another news I got from dorne is that lord Eddard Stark even under the protection of some of my men only 3 people returned and a baby searching for his sister, apparently my men arrived late and could only save Hollaw Reed, Willam Dustin and Eddard Stark all the others died and by chance lord Eddark returns with a bastard he claims is his, but I know he is the son of his sister's relationship with Rhaegar, luckily my men left before they saw how the stark came out with a baby in his arms.
with respect to my domains what I expected happened, some lords who had relations with my bannermen who kept their lands went to live with them, for example Mace tyrell now lives with the Hightower, but those who had no ties and were left homeless began to use their influence in their former domains and recruit peasants and the survivors of Ashford to try to regain their lands by force, they have not been very successful in regaining the castles, but they have entrenched their strength in the countryside with the peasants I have already dispatched forces to finish them off, and it should be a matter of little time before I get a report of how they crucified the rebels
in other news, the foundations of the city are progressing very well, we have started to build a drainage system that should prevent this future city from smelling like the king's landing, with 50,000 men working in 5 more weeks it should be completed and ready to start the second phase which would be the homes.
I had managed to set up a logistic system with the merchants in the area to be able to produce almost a ton per day of cement, but I need to produce much more if I want this city to be built entirely of cement with and supporting pillars of steel.
Speaking of steel, we still haven't managed to install blast furnaces for its production, my engineers are having trouble installing a hydraulic system to be able to increase the temperature of the blast furnace, until we can produce steel, we won't be able to make much progress in the construction.
But, well, Rome was not built in one day.
