Chapter 1: The Beginning Before the End
Some one once stated 'life is all game a movie for the true powers of the world all they do is sit down and enjoy watching people kill while pretending to be alive' But all we are are just mortals/mundane, there will come a time for the end and when it does all we can do is wait while they laugh and enjoy the show.

A couple living somewhere in South America were expecting a child. They had tried alot of times even going as far as visiting those who claim to be sorcerers to check what was wrong, they wanted a perfect family but it seemed as if fate had been cruel enough not to let their wish come true. Luckily after countless years of trying they finally had been successful they had their first child.It was a young healthy baby boy or so they they thought... The husband was walking outside the delivery room anxiously waiting for their first child to be born... '' push harder''the nurses said,''I'm trying aaaaaah, I think I'm going to give up''the mother was extremely tired after trying to push the baby for a about six hours, she decided to try one last time then she felt a gentle push then relaxed the baby was finally born... The nurse quickly took the baby and slapped his baby buttocks, she was then relieved when it started crying the mother quickly asked for the child she looked at him and noticed he had pitch black hair but there was something wrong.
The baby's eyes his pupils were literally black. This was not normal she quickly called the nurse and told her to examine the baby.The nurse took it then tried to move her finger above the eyes of the baby but there was no response, she then took a light and whizzed it passed the baby's eyes but there was no response either.Just then the doors to the delivery room opened and the father entered he noticed everyone's mood and asked what had happened. The doctor beside the nurse answered, ''you have a baby boy but he cannot see he is blind''the fathers happy face turned to a scrowl, ''what do you mean he cannot see, is there anything you can do about it, ''the father asked. '' No! It seems his blindness is permanent as he was born with it''. The doctor said with finality.
The news surprised both the parents they wanted a perfect family not a cripple child.They decided to just abandon the baby as as he was not part of their so called perfect family. On thir way home they left the baby near a forest leaving his fate to the wolves and wild animals

An old lady with a wrinkled face,bony hands and Grey hair with some teeth missing was walking to her house from work. Just by looking at her you could tell she was over 80 years old but surprisingly walking without a walking stick she had haggard eyes and brown almost black nails with oily black hair that looked like it had barely met a hair comb for years.
While walking she heard a loud scream it sounded like a baby cry but it was very faint. She was first surprised but then she remembered something, the light in her eyes dulled and it was replaced by a hopeless expression. She went to where the sound came from and found a little young baby folded in a clean white blanket which contrasted the baby's otherwise beautiful hair and cute face.He was tossing and shouting furiously albeit a little weak. She could tell by a glance that the baby was hungry.
By coincidence she had a bottle of milk in her bag she wondered if this is what people called fate.She took the baby in her arms then noticed something the baby's eyes were not reacting to her movements she tested if the baby could see by moving a finger over the baby's face and confirmed that he could not see. She now knew why the parents decided to throw the baby away. She then fed the baby the bottle of milk on which the baby chugged down greedily then after getting full drifted to sleep. The old lady decided to do something that would forever change the fate of the world she took the baby back with her to her home.

Four years have passed since the old woman whose name was Grace took the blind baby in. Over the past four years she has come to love the child like her own son she called him Typhon (which is a bit coincidental as it is literally a beast believed to exist in ancient times before time whom the gods feared making them quake in their boots by just the mention of its name). At two years Typhon had learned to talk and walk albeit clumsily. He has never been able to see but he had a vague understanding of things as Grace explained everything to him.
Typhon learned to do alot of things on his own as Grace whom he considers his grandmother had to go to work everyday. They lived in the slums so Grace had been lucky enough to find a job. Typhoon grew up to love Grace knowing that she had told him they would not always be together as one day she will visit Hades in the land of the dead where all dead souls go. This led to Typhon teaching himself alot of things like walking and even doing simple tasks at just four years old. He never took anything for granted because of the tough life he had lived hence he taught him self any skill that he may find useful according to his grandmother.
Three more years passed and he was now seven years old and he could navigate almost half of the slums on his own it seemed like the heaven's had not forsaken him as in return for taking his eyes he was given what is termed as photographic memory/didactic memory this had helped him memorize the steps and distance between each step hence he could now walk on half the slum without any help.
But something bugged him as Grace did not return that evening as she always did he decide to wait for her as something might have happened to delay her and like this four days passed that's when he remembered her words about meeting Hades he was enraged and in misery being the naive kid he was he swore he would find her body and bury her. So he set out he maneuvered the slums until where he had journey before the other way he was going to walk was going to be completely alien to him.
He walked aimlessly but carefully counting his steps so as not to trip but even with all the caution he tripped over a tree root that had stuck out of the ground, as this was normal he knew he would find the ground soon his arms searched for it but instead they felt nothing unluckily he fell over a cliff but he was unaware of that as he did not know what a cliff was.
He started feeling anxious as he did not know where the ground had dissapered to. Then in instant he felt the air knocked out of his lungs as he had hit something hard then what followed was extreme pain then he felt like he had drunk something which turned out to be water he knew water but he had never seen soo much of it he started flaying his arms trying not to drown but he did not know how to swim but then miraculously he held on something which he did not know of but turned out to be a log it kept him stable soo he held on with all his might but this was the least of his problems as a storm was brewing above him.
Giant waves crashed on him making him loose consciousness he knew he was also going to meet Hades so he just let go of the log imagining he could go and meet his grandmother. But fate had other plans for him:In the horizon there was an island which looked extremely weird,it gave of an extremely eerie feeling. (This was just the beggining before the end of all life as we know it.)
