A nameless soul was brought in front of two humungous gates. The escort left him there and went on his way. The doors opened and showcased never before seen opulence. As soon as the soul passed the threshold, it was assaulted with various memories belonging to its previous life. But any personal details, such as his name age or death were excluded. In front of it was a very simple looking man, no being cause no mere human could inspire such awe without doing anything significant.
'So you were the person who changed the world eh. People such as you are a rarity let's look at your record', the being presumably GOD or R.O.B spoke. His voice sounded no different than an ordinary 35 yr. old middle aged man.

You had everything around you to make you stray away from your path. The only thing missing was the hunger to see your dreams come to life. I wouldn't say you lived your life like a saint, though you knew where to draw the line unlike a few idiots who only thought with their crotch or the trigger happy fools hell-bent on domination.
Carrying on, you were abandoned at birth at an orphanage, no you did not suffer any tragic experience over there, except being neglected by anyone who came to adopt. You soldiered through and became a pillar for all other kids over there. You were highly intelligent and composed. But even after being offered an opportunity to leave that place you did not.
You setup chains of orphanages around the country and made entrainment as a part of mandatory education. This was where I started noticing you. The children you were fostering grew up loved and really smart because you spared no expense in their education. Your contributions as an inventor helped signal massive changes in healthcare and Architecture. But your crown jewel was using waste for energy generation. You were looked up to by many people and respected even by the shady kind. You had your fair share of underworld dealings and it was your method of choice to secure capital when you were starting out.
Your death was made an international holiday. You died at the age of 101 surrounded by many of your former students and foster family. You regret never knowing if there was any meaning to your hard work. Was it worth it to never let anyone be truly friends with me? Was it worth it to forfeit my dreams to make sure others came true?
I like to test those who have the capability to choose between what is right and what is desirable to you. You lived up to my expectations and thus I would like to award you a chance.
You are one of the most deserving of reincarnators I have seen in recent times.

Well for my first wish I would like to have perfect control over my body and longevity. I should be able to multi task effectively i.e. not be limited by my body when my mind is able to do multiple tasks at once.
For my second wish I wish to have the emperor's eye from (Kuroko no basket).
It should allow me superior court vision and ability to act according to the data I receive from it pertaining to volleyball along with its usual abilities of discerning future events from subtle body movements of my opponents."
"Granted, now before you go I want to tell you that your karma has been used up and you will be judged again when you return here. So please for your sake follow the example of your previous life. Also I have a surprise for you waiting which will be revealed in a few years."

With that the soul faded and normalcy was restored.
