After Boruto Sarada and many more people from Boruto grow up and go on with their life a new threat arises the Otsuka basically a bunch of high-class rouge ninja who wants to destroy the world and turn it into Otsuka full. Sarada gave birth to a young boy named Zakkar, who is much like Boruto.
He is willing to save his friends and more importantly the world.
