- Gillian's POV -
"I still can't believe you've been there for 2 years with John" she teased me. I rolled my eyes at her and faced her. We are here today at Dandy's Cafe. Of course, no one should be able to recognize me because I am dangerous. My boss and my parents might find out. Geez.
"My god! Gillian! When your parents find out that's your job! You're really dead!" She was reminding me
"Yes, mom." She turned to me with a sharp gaze. The two of us continue teasing each other until my cellphone suddenly rang. I looked at her first and then she nodded at me.
"John." Sh nodded at me again. I smiled and she continue eating the things we ordered earlier.
"Where the hell are you --- !!" I slightly put my cellphone away from my ear because of the loudness of his shout.
"--- your paperworks here and then you're not here? !!" I put my cellphone away from my ear because he was still shouting loudly. Well, I'm used to it.
"Sir. Ella is with me. And I'm just here at Dandy's Cafe. I'm just here in front of your building, Sir. Stop screaming like I'm leaving you behind." Even though I talked to him on the phone, I still couldn't stop myself. I close my eyes.
"And so ?! Why are you complaining !? You're the boss ?! Ha ?! Don't you dare to shout at me again! I'm your boss! And you're my secretary --- !!"
"Nye! Nye! It's up to you! Work alone! You're the boss, right?! I'm always the person in your office ?! Then you'll blame it all to me ?! you're the one who's even more absent And I guess you're not in the office right now ?! You're at your house! Or at your friends' house! Or What Ever! Are you the one who came in, Sir ?! "I looked at the phone because after I spoke he has not spoken again. After a while he sighed.
"Ok ... I'm sorry ... Ahm ... Because I have an urgent meeting today. And I'm just bored because Atlas' secretary called to say that. I'm sorry ok? Now ... I want you to come in. because I'm waiting for you to come in now because I've been texting you before "he said calmly. I looked at my phone and my eyes widened to see how many messages and missed calls I had received from him. 20 Messages and 37 Missed Calls all. I felt guilty for shouting to him. There was a reason for him to be angry. Geez.
"Ahm. I'm sorry, Sir. Because Ella and I are busy. So I didn't notice. I'm sorry."
"It's ok. Just stay away from Ferrer." I looked annoyed at the screen of my cellphone.
"Sir. There you are again with Ferrer. He's my best friends and he won't like me. Because he said, no one will gonna like me because the one who will like me is someone who has no taste."
"Tsk. What ever! All right! Enjoy your time with your best friend. Have a good day!" Even though I can't see his face, I know he's smiling. Because of that it made me smile too.
"Thanks, Sir. You also have a good day"
"I ---" I look at my phone because he suddenly turn it off even though he hadn't finished what he was saying. Geez. He's so Weird. Just like Bryan. Because I thought about that animal again, I was suddenly upset.
"Oh? What did Johnson say and made you look like that?" I looked at her badly. She frowned.
"He said he didn't need me anymore." I was looking at the food as I said that.
"Oh my god! You're fired ?! Oh my! Im sorry!" She felt guilty when I said it.
"Stupid! He just gave me aday-off! Fired. Fired, your ass!"
"Eww. Can you please stop ?! Don't shout on me like that! I'm eating, hello?!"
"Tsk! What ever!"
We talked more and decided to go shopping.
- Johnson's POV -
I just finished my Emergency Meeting, together with the board members. I looked at my wallpaper and smiled. Yeah, the person on my phone wallpaper is the person that source of my enery. So, I don't feel any weakness now. But I can't get much because I need strength because she is not here with me.
I massage my head. Why did I let her go! She is not here. Until I remembered our last conversation. She even apologized. I can't help but smile. It's nice to feel like that. Hehehe!
"Why are you smiling like an idiot, bro?" Atlas suddenly appears from somewhere.
"Tsk. What ever. I miss her so bad! Tsk."
"If you should come in often you can always have her with you." he smiled.
"Did you know anything?"
"Yeah. And I don't think he'll come back here because his parents are already in Canada. So for sure, he's going to stay there, for good."
"Good. I won't let her get hurt again just because of that bastard. Tsk. Please, access Gillan, I'm already frustrated."
"Tsk. Really?"
"Shut the fuck up!" When I shouted, he gave me his phone.
"They're already at Star Mall. And it looks like they went there for shopping with her Ella whatever, bestfriend. "
"Ferrer? Please access too, please."
"Bro. Don't worry that one is gonna come home on Saturday from New York."
"Tsk! Just making sure" I stood once near the door. When I came out I met Lorie. Lorie is Atlas' secretary. I nodded her and she did the same.
