Chapter 1: Candid MC's concern

---

Ugh, here we go again. Yet another uninspired title for the first chapter. Is it truly so hard to come up with a compelling chapter name that sets the tone for the entire novel? Honestly, I expect this to tread the well-worn path of reincarnation, transmigration, and rebirth themes prevalent in today's literature. Just consider novels like GDS and MVS, and countless other system-based tales. They all seem cut from the same cloth. Even as the Main Character, I fear the writer will take the predictable path. Dear readers, I'm talking to you now. If the writer slips up, especially on grammar and spelling, call him out. Treat it like a spelling bee: one mistake and he's done. I've voiced my concerns; let's hope for a better narrative tomorrow.

P.S.: Keep this between us. If he finds out, who knows what he'll do to my character?

---

Note: I promise to write with passion, dedication, and creativity to entertain you. This is my first venture into novel writing, so there might be hiccups along the way. But I offer a unique proposition: a theory-based narrative. I'll lay the foundation, but if readers suggest well-received and logical theories, I'll weave them into the plot. I hope you'll support my debut, making it a shared, memorable journey. Warm wishes to all.

He (the author) intends to kill me right from the beginning. As I expressed earlier, I hoped this wouldn't be a cliché reincarnation or transmigration story. Now, though, I kind of wish it was because death can't be the end, right? The chapter titles alone are already stressing me out.

I'll pause my complaints so he can flesh out my character and move the story forward. But do make sure to critique him if he falls short.

I yearn for companionship, yet I'm alone. It's not out of choice; rather, it's in my nature. I've always been like this. I find it challenging to forge friendships, not for a lack of trying or wanting, but because my candidness often rubs people the wrong way. While some might value brutal honesty, there's wisdom in being tactful and occasionally holding one's tongue.

Why am I, Roger, sharing this? Because this nature of mine, this penchant for candidness, has shaped my life in profound ways—sometimes for the better, but often not.
