Chapter 26: Chapter 3.7 - DINNER
AFTER A WHILE:
We arrive at a fancy-looking restaurant...
As we walk in, I start to feel even more hungry, as the smell of the food seeps into me.
"It smells so good"
He immediately turns around smiling at me...
"Just wait till you taste the food"
Suddenly, a waiter walks up to us...
"Good evening, is it just you two?"
"Yes" Jungkook replies
"Ok, follow me"
We follow the waiter to a table, where Jungkook and I sit...
As we sit, he takes two menus out of his apron...
"Here are the menus"
"Thanks"
He looks over to see another customer standing at the entrance door...
"I'll give you a moment to decide what you would like to order," he says
"Ok" I reply
As he walks away, we open the menu and start scanning through it...
Jungkook looks up at me with a curious expression
"What are you getting?"
"Ummm...maybe wings and fries, with fruit punch" I answer
"Oh"
"What about you?" I ask
"The same," he said with a small laugh afterward
"Are you ready?" I look up to see the waiter
"Yes, can we get wings and fries, with fruit punch" I answer
"Ok, will that be all?"
"Yes"

As we're waiting, I can't help, but to have a feeling that someone is staring at me...
I slowly turn my head to see the waiter gazing at me, but as soon as our eyes meet, he winks at me,
and I couldn't stop myself from smiling.
"Tae?"
I quickly turn back around...
"Uhh?"
"What are you looking at?" Jungkook asks
"Oh, nothing"
"So I was asking..."...
After a while of chatting with Jungkook, the same waiter brings our orders and places them on the table...
"Two orders of wings and fries, with fruit punch," he says
"Thank you" Jungkook and I say at the same time
Before leaving he looks at me with a smile...

We finished our dinner about five minutes ago, but we kept on chatting when suddenly the waiter appears...
"Are you guys finish?" he asks
"Yes" Jungkook answers
"Ok"
He reaches over and picks up the plates, utensils, and cups...
"Is there anything else you guys want to order?"
"No, but can we get the check?" I ask
"Yes, I'll be back in a moment," he says
"Ok"
He walks away and heads to the kitchen, while Jungkook and I continue our conversation...
AFTER A SHORT WHILE:
I look away from Jungkook to see the waiter exit the kitchen, with a small book in his hands...
"Here is the check"
I quickly reach for it before Jungkook...
"Thank you" I reply to the waiter
"Your welcome," he says as he walks away
After he leaves jungkook pulls his hands out, hoping I'll give him the check...
"I'll pay," he says
"No, it's on me"...
After a moment of debating who will pay, we both come to a conclusion...
