During that time, Leon and Hassan's names echoed across the country as the country's greatest benefactors.
In that year, Leon's fame echoed as the new Messiah who helped all mankind with his creations.
And Leon was the first man to receive a Nobel Prize in all categories in the same year.
The story about what "happened" to him was revealed by the media.
A tragic young man who suffered too much from the incompetence of so-called heroes but still remaining a good heart and was dedicated to helping humanity prosper.
Leon was exalted as an example of a human being who is to be followed.
The government ensured that the news about him spread worldwide.
Along with the news of your new Belic power.
The Super Soldier Project.
The Striker Project.
The M.O. Project
The Healing Project.
And the list goes on.
Leon was the country's new golden boy. Someone untouchable to any hostile force. Wherever he went, a whole group of enhanced agents would go as well. Although, he himself wasn't someone that can be handled easily.
His mere presence brought hope to all. The quality of life of all American citizens increased to an extent never expected before.
The rate of unemployed or homeless people fell to just 0.01% due to Leon.
Due to the better products that were generated by the Eden project and the low cost, the amount of exports of products requested by the Allies of the United States became colossal.
Because of this, the profession of farmers has acquired a huge interest of people wanting to work on farms.
And not only that, soldiers, police officers, doctors, nurses, and several other areas in which Leon began working for improvement had similar situations.
The vaccine manufacturing area was hiring people like never before.
And because of the huge income the government was making from the use of the Eden project, the country was developing in an unbelievable way.
Leon had already become an important figure in the day-to-day life of every citizen of the United States.
Hassan had also become very popular.
The blade of American justice.
This was the title Hassan received after he took down a long list of meta-criminals with government approval.
Since Hassan took office, the number of people he killed has passed the tens of thousands.
All being justified causes.
Hassan followed a very definite pattern. You kill an innocent man, Hassan kills you.
You hurt an innocent man, Hassan hurts you.
You harm an innocent, you will end up with a lot of broken bones.
There's no excuses, no mercy, no negotiation.
Commit a crime and take the consequences at your own risk.
Hassan's division had more than 300,000 agents who underwent a procedure to become Super Soldiers and were equipped with high-quality technology.
Each of them followed Hassan's philosophy.
The efficiency of his unit was abominable.
There were just over 10 agents per city.
Men who have been trained to be incorruptible and efficient.
These agents were always ready in case a situation with Metahumans occurred.
They also helped the police with crimes.
And because of this, whenever a criminal saw the police they immediately raised their hands and surrendered. They knew that if one of the agents arrived and the situation was not resolved, they would die or end up crippled.
The fear of the Agents had become something embedded in the hearts of the criminals. The gigantic majority of them fled the country with their tails between their legs, due to the embedded fear of what Hassan's men would do to them.
Leon believed that some criminals could be useful and gave chances to criminals who could actually make a difference to humanity.
Scientists, doctors and etc...
Meta-criminals who fit into this situation, in general, were given a second chance from Leon if they hadn't been killed by Hassan before.
The Justice League was not at all happy with Hassan's methods but because the president himself and more than half of parliament approved had nothing they could do.
At that moment at the Jitters café, Leon was quietly drinking a coffee and eating a doughnut when he watched Barry Allen learning that he had acquired the powers of the Speed Force.
Next to him was Harley Quinn.
While they were enjoying the coffee, Leon saw the scene and found it interesting.
After finishing his coffee, he left a huge tip and left quietly along with Harley.
As he walked, most of the people who recognized him gave a warm smile towards him.
Seeing this all Leon did was smile and greet back.
Harley who was next to him grabbed his left arm as they walked.
[Leon, why did you come for coffee out today?] (Harley).
[Because I was curious about something] (Leon).
[And what could make you curious?] (Harley).
[Just a few things, let's go back] (Leon) said calmly as he continued to walk.
Harley seeing that Leon wouldn't speak pouted, but soon she was happy again.
She just couldn't be serious for long periods of time, especially if Leon was around.
He changed Harley's life a lot. Rather than just being a villain who put terror in everything, Harley had become a world-renowned psychiatrist with Leon's help.
She ran an orphanage in Central City and had a lot of fun with the kids in her own exciting way.
In addition to helping the police in their cases, although most of the time, the cops have time left.
Leon smiled and continued to walk.
Meanwhile, Leon calmly walked down the street.
As he walked Leon saw something that looked like a shooting star flying straight at him pulling Harley out of the way, Leon dodged when the shooting star fell directly to where he was.

He saw a blonde woman passed out inside the crater, she wore a red one with a black and silver emblem.
Leon saw a red ring on her finger.
Leon immediately identified her as Kara Zor-El
[Harley, go get the car] (Leon).
[And why do you want to be alone with her? Do you already want to leave me for another one? That way you break my heart] (Harley) said in a fun and exaggerated way.
Looking into Harley's eyes, Leon said:
[Harley I don't have time to play games right now. She's a member of the red lantern troop, and she shouldn't be here. If she is, it's because really serious shit is coming to the Planet. So stop playing and take the fucking car] (Leon) said as he rolled up his sleeves and headed towards Kara.
Seeing that he sighed as he approached and caught her like a princess.
[Apparently, it's going to be a long day] (Leon).
