Chapter 114: Chapter 110: Calmness Before the Storm (Part 2)

Watching their figures disappearing from the halls, Jin glimpsed at the quiet person beside him and met his ardent gaze. He tips his head curiously at him, his careful eyes conveying his concern as it questions him about what was bothering him to this extent again.

Hiro was pouting, and his moping face was never less accurate than a splitting image of a wailing puppy.

"You okay?"

Hiro stood straight from leaning against the door, his full attention now focused on him. "Are you?" he says, rather concerned for him than himself.

Jin breathes out and secretly smiles, "I asked you first."

Hiro presses his lips into a thin line and doesn't say anything but stare at him. He stood there quietly studying him as if it was their first time seeing each other like before—still the same prevailing gaze of his that makes anyone want to submit on their knees.

He appeared calm, but his expressive eyes were hurt.

Jin leisurely disregards the distance between them. He hauls his big body into an embrace and hears Hiro's abrupt intake of breath above his head as he buries his face into his crumpled clothes. "I'm sorry I made you wait for too long."

He oughtn't to ask as it was obvious Hiro was sulking.

Again . . .

He moans. He need not need to repeat how sensitive this person is, and he admits it could be so worrisome sometimes.

He needs to consistently keep a close watch on him as well as attempt to catch up with his unstable mood swings.

Aigoo. Love can be tough.

In hopes of repressing his grin, Hiro concealed his face to the top of Jin's head, the ample of his cheeks smudged in an extreme shade of red as gentleness brushed past his raven eyes. He was sated and had never been at ease until the moment.

"I'm okay." It was a solid and honest response.

If waiting was all it takes to receive such treatment, he could wait an eternity for this. He bends down to the other side, pressing and brushing his warm lips on top of Jin's ear. "Did that little brat bother you too much?"

Jin rubs his face against Hiro's upper clothing and smacks the man's meaty behind.

"Your nephew, Hiro. Nephew!"

He emphasizes the word and puffs his cheeks. "Haru cares for you."

Jin tiptoed and tilted his chin up, resting it lazily against the space between his chest, and he glared at the person's grinning face an inch away above him.

"You're getting bolder and bolder." Hiro laughs, his voice low and deep. He likes it.

"Listen to me. He does care. He came all this way looking for you," Jin strokes the back of Hiro's waist as reconciliation of him smacking his ass. Geez, why is his butt hard and soft at the same time?

More than that, it's like the size of a bull's head.

Hiro gradually forgot the horrid sensation he dwelled on a few moments ago. With two strong arms, he scoops Jin from the carpet, his forearms locking below the young fellow's buttocks as he held Jin high—too high.

He couldn't care more about that.

Jin squealed on the top of his lungs in surprise as he gripped Hiro's shoulders for dear life, his eyes shifting wide seeing how high he was from the floor.

"Hiro! . . . Put me down!"

Hiro squints his smiling and beaming eyes half-close and points his lips towards him. "Kiss."

Jin turns red at his childishness, "P-Put me down or I'll fall."

Hiro laughs and shakes his head, knowing fairly well that was the last thing that could possibly transpire to happen.

They argued in that position until a group of familiar men came standing outside the door, their tired but attentive eyes burned widely awake in surprise while looking at the scene before them, their lips parting.

"Good morning, Sir!" They said in unison before diverting their eyes down to their nicely polished shoes, their cheeks mirroring Jin's redness.

Jin wanted to run back to Hiro's dark quarter and hide under his bed.

He felt goosebumps shrieking over his weakened body. How come he didn't hear any footsteps?

Despite the circumstances, he can hear Hiro sighing heavily against his belly before taking a step back, carrying him inside the room, and shutting the door close, leaving the insane number of men outside waiting with their hands at the back.

He covers his face with his hands as soon as they were alone. How embarrassing.

"Have breakfast with me instead." Hiro softly speaks, catching one of his trembling hands.

He caressed his skin with his large thumb before his lips replaced his touch. "Please?"

Shivering, Jin's lips part. His heart pummeled nervously inside him as he felt the traces of Hiro's warm and wet lips still lingering against the back of his hand. His eyes, too, gradually buttered down. "And what made you think I wouldn't?"

It's only natural that he would. "I'll have breakfast with you and Haru."

Above that, isn't he worried about the fact they were caught from something worse than a crime?

Hiro kept quiet for a moment, pondering about his words, "Would you prefer that?"

Jin slowly nods his head at his statement, his hand coming up to caress the side of Hiro's handsome face. Looks like he doesn't care at all. He bit his lip to subdue a smile after detecting the evident restrain in his dark eyes. Rather he looks frustrated over their breakfast arrangement.

"I see."

Hiro plants his lips on the center of Jin's palm, his eyes looking up at him like Haru's. "Then let's do that," he half-heartedly responded.

Jin beams. He's happy—too happy as of this moment that it frightens him what's coming next.

As the famous saying goes, every calm wave comes with a storm.

"Lower me." He says, and when Hiro obliged to lower him from his chest, he cups his sulking face and kisses him gently on his lips.

"Saranghae . . . " (I love you)

He whispers and breathes through his kisses, shutting his eyes close and enjoying the comfort of his scent and lips while trying to hide the hint of fear in the corner of his heart.

Please, protect this man.

When he spread his eyes open, he was greeted by an unexpected sight.

Hiro's entire face was red—redder than the roses from the vanity.

Jin could not maintain his laughter any longer which only worsened after finding out Hiro was holding his breath the entire time, teasing him further from his rock-solid state.

He lightly squeezed Hiro's cheeks between his fingers, his eyes tearing up.

"Hahahaha."
