Chapter 1: Chapter 1
She walks into the guild, her blonde hair in a ponytail and her bright brown eyes, with a smile on her face. She walks over to Levy, who was reading a book. But Levy is Lucy's best friend, and she is willing to quit reading for a while for her. Her and Gajeel at least.
"Hey Luce, What's up?" Levy says and I can't help but listen in.
"Nothing much Lev, but you and me are going shopping. We made plans remember. Wendy, Erza, Mira, and Juvia all wanted to go." Lucy's voice calls out softly. My heart starts fluttering.
"Oh right. Boys are doing their thing today so we decided that we would go shopping." Levy starts putting away her book.
A voice next to me causes me to jump, "Natsu, ready? Gray, Gajeel, Laxus, Jellal, and Romeo are all waiting."
"Happy, yeah I am ready. Let's go." I walk with Happy to the guys. We decided to do a guys day. But my heart wasn't in it anymore. All I wanted to do is spend time with Lucy.
"Hey Natsu. You look out of it again." Happy says as we reach the guys and they all laugh. Those guys think that I am some love sick puppy. But I would know if they were right, right?
We continue away from the guild but I can't help but wonder what the girls are planning. Especially since tonight Erza is hosting a party. The first thing we go do is something that you would think girls would do. Clothes shopping. For tonight, Everyone picks some tee shirt and some pants but I decide that I want to get a black tank top and some black pants. I want to look nice, for Lucy, at the party.
The guys continue to laugh at me. But I can't get her out of my head. Before I know it, it's time for us to head to the party. I am almost positive that the girls will be drunk but we guys have agreed that it is kinda fun to see them that way.
As we walk in, I look for Lucy. When I see her, she waves at me. She is wearing a cute blue shirt that shows off her belly and a blue mini skirt. Her face is flustered and she is waddling around like a penguin.
"You're late. The game has already begun." Erza slurs and Jellal walks over to her. "We are playing Master. Lucy, your time as a penguin isn't over."
Levy is laughing hysterically and Wendy seems in another world. Juvia is more clingy than usual. Mira is a bit less cheerful, Erza is demanding, and Lucy is smiling like everything is super fun. The usual drunk girls. Erza grabs all the sticks and puts them in a cup. I go stand next to Lucy. She pick number 4 and I got Master.
"I am master." I call out and Lucy looks up at me. The brown eyes look so pitiful. "Number 8 dance with number 3. Number 4 go sit in the open window."
Lucy sits in the open window which is away from the fire and it is a bit chilly outside. As four Number 8 and Number 3 it wound up begin Levy and Erza. I gathered the sticks, and the two girls stop dancing. But Lucy continues to sit in the window. I know that she is cold. Handing out all the sticks I wind up with number 7 and I look and see Juvia is master. She makes Gray and Levy hug, in which made her really angry, and she made Gajeel and Erza kiss each others cheeks. I looked to Lucy as Juvia started to pick up sticks. Lucy is just staring out the window. Not a sound coming out of her. Juvia goes to grab her stick and makes her jump. Lucy slips and starts to fall out of the building. All of the guys notice but I am the one to get there on time. I catch her hand with the fairy tail emblem on it. I pull her up and I see tears staining her cheeks. I pull her in and hug her. The game ends there. The girls aren't to happy with that but I can't play and make sure Lucy doesn't fall out of a window. I don't know what I would do without her.
We all soon fall asleep, and the girls are next to the fire. I look over there and see they put her closest to the fire. Lucy, what are you doing to me? That is when I realize that the guys are right.
I love her, I love Lucy.
