And the way his gaze was, as if pleading her not to take the call right now. Ning Mei made a sorry face and picked the mobile and saw it was Yu Lian calling. She touched Gu Yeze's face and mouthed, "Just a minute." She answered the call and said, "Yes, Lian." 

"Mei, I am about to reach your apartment. Get ready quickly. I will be waiting down in the car. " Lian said in a hurry. "You remember we need to go to Koral's office today, right?" 

Ning Mei was now in short of breath because Gu Yeze had not stopped his sweet assault on her neck, ears and shoulders. Ning Mei moaned softly away from the phone and glared at Gu Yeze. She then cleared her throat and said, "Lian, I am not at home. You go to the office, I will be on my way."
