Chapter 53: Storm of Hearts, Part Nine

Later, Lianna and Enverna were standing at the Player Gate. 

Other players were slowly filling the street, the shuffling of boots and the murmur of voices creating a lively atmosphere. Most of them were members of the Shields of Saren, though Lianna knew that other guilds would be participating as well. A cacophony of scents wafted through the air, some sweat, some generously applied perfume and body sprays, and the smell of meat coming from a nearby merchant's stand.

A few curious glances were thrown Lianna and Enverna's way. Most people didn't seem to mind their presence but a few were a little bit intrigued. 

[Meh, I'll take that over wanting to kill us for... well, being killers.] 

Sensing that the spotlight over them wasn't quite as strong as she expected it to be, Lianna largely disregarded them.
