Chapter 121: P: Calculations

Brendan wondered whether or not the instinctive calculations and cold analytics that had always run at the back of his mind simply classified him as paranoid, or if it would be considered a more serious mental illness such as schizophrenia in someone else.

Rafaela was still staring at the screen in front of her with an utterly appalled expression on her face. Two familiar figures were displayed in the anim, and the words of the message that they had just conveyed had not sounded offensive or alarming in any way to him. 

The back of his mind had gone into overdrive over the discrepancy, and he tried to head off the cascade by simply asking, "What's wrong?"
