A moon settlement or city is all we can do at most right now.

Although a better battery might be good.
Also sakuradite is a thing here anyway.
This will be enough as power source for everyone.

These people needed to be aggreviated by Britannia first so that they will not want to sign a truce or peace treaty immediately.
My Celestial being organization will become my war ending plan by then.
It will also give me time for more preparation if I really planned to make the celestial being as something to end wars.
