Izuku Midoriya
Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, was one of the 20 percent of people on Earth to be born without a Quirk, a natural superpower that is a basic biological function in modern society, earning him endless amounts of torment and bullying in school. Even still, he dreamed of becoming an amazing hero like his lifelong idol All Might, the No. 1 Hero of his country. That impossible dream became a reality after a chance meeting with All Might, who granted Deku his Quirk. Now on his path to becoming the greatest hero, Deku battles nefarious villains, endless schoolwork, and his own inner demons to become a worthy successor to the Symbol of Peace.
Eren Yeager
Eren Yeager was a former member of the Survey Corps. He was the main protagonist of Attack on Titan. He lived in Shiganshina District with his parents until the fall of Wall Maria, where he impotently witnessed his mother being eaten by a Titan. This event would lead to Eren's intense hatred towards the Titans as he swore to wipe all of them off the face of the Earth. Soon afterward, his father, Grisha Yeager, found him and gave him the key to his basement, instructing Eren to find it at all costs and retake Wall Maria. He then injected Eren with a Titan serum. In the year 847, Eren, Mikasa Ackerman, and Armin Arlert joined the 104th Training Corps. The three graduated with Eren ranking 5th best, and they joined the Survey Corps following the battle of Trost District. After finding the basement and unlocking his father's memories, Eren learned about the truth of what the Titans are, as well as the history of Eldia and Marley. Eren then vowed to free his home from their true enemy: the rest of humanity that lives across the ocean. Eren possessed the power of three Titans. From his father, Eren inherited the Attack and Founding Titans. After eating the younger sister of Willy Tybur during the Raid on Liberio, he gained the War Hammer Titan as well.
IZUKU MIDORIYA (My Hero Academia S3)
Powers and Abilities
Overall Abilities: Izuku's greatest asset prior to receiving his Quirk was his vast knowledge of fundamental hero skills and tactics. Izuku studied Pro Heroes for years and is able to apply that knowledge during crisis situations in a practical manner. His immense bravery and desire to become a hero were also important factors in giving him the mentality to protect others. Despite the intense drawbacks of One For All, Izuku's wits provide him with ways to use One For All that are still effective in battle. He also retains his ability to act instinctively based on his notes and possesses basic hand-to-hand combat knowledge. By applying those correctly, Izuku is able to fight toe-to-toe with even the strongest students of Class 1-A, such as Katsuki and Shoto.
Trained Muscles: Usage of One For All requires the user to have strong muscles, as One For All is a lot to handle and could cause the user's body to be blown apart if they don't possess the necessary bodily strength. Having been trained by All Might for 10 months in order to get his body physically ready to inherit One For All, Izuku gained a muscular physique that lets him perform at parameters higher than that of an average student outside U.A. 's hero course.
Immense Stamina: Izuku has shown on many occasions that he is capable of handling large amounts of pain. Such times were mostly side-effects of overusing his Quirk and frequently led to various broken bones. Izuku is able to avoid those repercussions by staying in a safe range of One For All power output (currently, this is around 45%). Should he be forced to output more power, Izuku is still capable of fighting decently even with broken limbs thanks to the effects of adrenaline, but will succumb to exhaustion a while later.
Immense Strength: Even without his Quirk Izuku has shown high levels of physical strength for a person his age. During his training with All Might (who weighs 255 kilograms), he was shown to be able to lift him on his back while walking. During the sports festival, he could lift a slab of metal roughly the size of his body and wield it as an effective weapon to cleave a one-point bot in two. When using One For All his strength further increases to superhuman levels: at 5% he can shatter metal pillars with a single punch, at 8% he can lift a steel beam one-handed, at 30% he can lift a bus full of people one-handed.
Immense Speed: Izuku possesses great reflexes with and without Full Cowl. When using Full Cowl his reflexes and movement speed elevates to higher levels; at 5% he can keep up with Iida's Recipro Burst which can move faster than the eye can see, at 8% he proved to surpass Katsuki Bakugou's own speed and quickly and easily overwhelmed Shinso in combat in spite of Shinso's improvements.
Keen Intellect: Izuku has proven to be exceptionally intelligent on many occasions, displaying both keen observation and analysis as well as adept intuition and resourcefulness. His grades are among the highest of his class, showing that his One For All training rarely interferes with his studying. Izuku's intelligence has probably been a more useful asset to him than One For All so far.
Leadership Skills: As a natural consequence of his bravery and strategic mindset, Izuku has displayed incredible leadership skills on various occasions.
One For All: Transferred to him from Toshinori Yagi, Izuku's Quirk allows him to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing him to significantly enhance all of his physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, stamina, agility, and durability. Izuku can focus the stockpiled power into a single body part, or spread it across his entire body evenly, though, focusing the power in a single part puts a greater strain on that part of his body. He is also able to control what percentage of his full power that he uses. He is currently able to handle 30% of his full power without breaking his bones.
Detroit Smash: The same as All Might's move, except Izuku does it in the form of an uppercut or a straightforward punch.
Delaware Smash: Izuku flicks his finger to create a powerful wind pressure shock wave that has enough force to break large chunks of ice made by Shoto. Due to using this attack at 100%, it fractures the finger, limiting the time he can use this move without gravely injuring himself up to ten times.
One For All Full Cowl: This technique allows Izuku to utilize a percentage of the full power of One For All throughout his body, by letting the power course and flow through him instead of concentrating it in one location. Activating this technique gives him enhanced strength, speed, mobility, and agility. It also prevents him from breaking his bones when attacking. The cost of using this technique reduces the damage of how much his attacks do since instead of centering the power into a certain area, Izuku spreads it throughout his body.
1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash: This move is the strongest smash move in Izuku's arsenal, which involves him activating One For All at 100% during an adrenaline rush and then striking his opponent with a full-swing attack. When performing the move Izuku first uses a full-handed Delaware Smash, then delivers a devastating Detroit Smash.
FEATS
Deku was able to temporarily attain 30% Strength in the MHA Movie using a gauntlet that could withstand 3 punches from All Might without breaking, absorbing all the impact. He can currently attain this level normally.
During the U.A Sports Festival Arc, using 100% of his strength, Deku clashes with Todoroki at his full power and creates an explosion that rises above the Colosseum they're in, though it does completely knock him out.
During the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion Arc, Deku matches Muscular's serious mode and overpowers him, using 1,000,000% of his power, and slams him into a wall hard enough to knock him out.
EREN YEAGER (Attack On Titan S4)
Powers and Abilities
Powers Of The Nine Titans: In general, Eren Yeager has access to the basic power and abilities of a Titan. Having access to the Attack, Founding and War Hammer Titans, however, Eren also has special abilities granted from these three Titans.
Superhuman Strength: As a Titan, Eren has displayed strength far beyond human capabilities on multiple occasions. In regards to opposition, Eren's titan form is evenly matched against the female, armored, jaw and other titans with few exceptions like the colossal, warhammer and even the beast titan, since he single-handedly defeated the armored titan much faster than Eren himself. Ultimately, Eren's greatest display of strength was when he lifted a giant boulder, albeit with difficulty, carried it across a large distance, and slammed it down to seal the hole in Trost's gate, producing a large shock wave.
Superhuman Endurance: Perhaps Eren's most notable trait of all was his ability to maintain levels of activity for an extended period of time. His first transformation carried on long enough to incapacitate 20 Titans in total. In battle, even after receiving massive amounts of damage from the Female Titan, Eren could carry on fighting, despite the handicaps that he suffered. He was also able to fight against the Armored Titan for a period of time and gain the upper hand. Eren's endurance in his Titan form was enough to allow him to sustain the effort of hoisting a huge rock on his back, carry it over a large distance, and seal the hole in Trost's gate shortly before collapsing. In Marley, Eren displayed exceptional improvement in his durability. He could transform into a Titan three times in one battle, surprising Galliard.
Hardening: After drinking a bottle labeled "Armor" from Rod Reiss's bag, Eren's Titan form gained the ability to harden its body, as well as create a web of pillars that appear to originate from his Titan body. After two months of training with Hange Zoë, Eren was able to seal a cave with his hardening powers and reinforce the hole the Colossus Titan left in Trost. However, constant use of this power could overwhelm Eren and make him weak. By focusing his hardening in one place, it got even stronger. Focusing in his fists gave Eren a hardened punch, capable of easily breaking the Armored Titan's face armor. In Marley, Eren's improved hardening abilities let him harden his forearm fast enough to block a hardened spike from the War Hammer before it could pierce his nape.
Regeneration: Eren's Titan form had demonstrated the ability to automatically heal any injury sustained in battle and also to regenerate entire limbs. Unlike Annie Leonhart, Eren had not shown the advanced ability to focus regeneration to one wounded area of his Titan form. His healing factor was fast enough to heal an entire lost hand in mere seconds to an entire arm in minutes. This ability was useful to Eren as, when he fought, he often lost entire limbs in his Titan form. While in his human state, Eren could also regenerate entire lost limbs, as seen by regrowing an arm and leg he lost to Titans. During his infiltration mission in Marley, Eren had mastered this ability to the extent that he could restrain the regeneration of his left leg in order to disguise himself as an injured soldier.
Future Memory Inheritance: As part of the Attack Titan's unique ability, Eren could reveal his own memories to his predecessors, giving them insight into the future. He gave memories of the future to his father Grisha, selecting the ones that would suit his purpose. By doing so, he indirectly gave his younger self insight into his own future via Grisha's memories when Eren kissed Historia's hand.
Structural Hardening/Creation: With the powers of the War Hammer Titan, Eren is able to create various solid structures made from his Titan flesh and can use them to lay traps, ambush his opponents or create weaponry.
The Coordinate/Founding: With the powers of the Founding Titan, Eren has access to the Coordinate, where all the Eldian Paths converge. With the Coordinate, the Founder is able to manipulate the Subjects of Ymir (all of them connected to the Coordinate) in almost every way as they act as if they were part of the Founder's own body itself. This allows the Founder to change the composition of the bodies of all Subjects of Ymir and could have several applications, including but most likely not limited to: memory manipulation, sickness immunity, telepathy and potentially causing their bodies to be sterile. The Founder can also cause any Subject of Ymir to become any type of mindless Titan the Founder wishes and its control over them is completely absolute.
Master Manipulation: After the time-skip, Eren has become quite adept at manipulating people to accomplish his goals, evidenced at when he easily manipulated Falco into sending letters for him to plan an attack on Liberio and lead Reiner into a trap. This is taken to a whole new level in the War for Paradis arc, where Eren engineers his way out of prison and when it is revealed that he has been manipulating Zeke the whole time just to access the power of the Founding Titan.
FEATS
During his first transformation in Season 1, when the Titans invaded Trost District, Eren proceeds to wreak havoc on all the Titans he finds. As soon as the massacre is over, an exhausted Eren falls to the ground. It's revealed that Eren had killed an astounding 20 Titans before collapsing.
After the mysterious Titan had revealed itself to be Eren, the Military Police had Eren, Mikasa and Armin at gunpoint. Eren was able to transform so fast that he managed to intercept a cannonball to protect his friends clocking Eren's reaction speed at around Mach 1.
Following the invasion of Trost in Season 1, the Scouts had come up with a plan to have Titan Eren carry a 700+ ton boulder a significant distance to plug the hole in Wall Maria and stop Titan's from entering. Eren successfully accomplishes this feat.
During the events of Season 2, Eren knew that regular attacks weren't going to be enough to bring Reiner down, instead opting to use calculated grapples and submissions to penetrate Reiners armor such as the Outside Sweep Takedown, Triangle Choke Armbar and Guillotine Chokehold.
Eren has influenced multiple people, changing their views and encouraging him to fight. Notably, the 104th, Jean, and as a disguised soldier in Marley he encourages Falco, gaining his trust while manipulating and tricking him to send letters to the Survey Corps.
