Chapter 284: Chronos's Display of Force

As much as the sudden appearance of a second cyclops surprised Hades and Izanami, their shock lasted but a breath before they sprung into action.

Izanami gritted her teeth, determination blazing in her eyes as she glanced at Hades.

"Make sure my son-in-law isn't hurt…"

Hades gave a nod as he let out a smile,

"Fine… Sigh… You lot are really working me to the… bone…"

Izanami rolled her eyes at his joke. 

In a blur of energy, she shot forward and smashed into the chest of the first cyclops. 

*BOOOOOMM!!!!*

The impact forced the giant to take a half-step back, its massive foot shaking the ground beneath. 

This was not the elegant and calm Izanami one would expect; she was a whirlwind, a comet shooting around the cyclops, leaving bursts of brilliant energy with every impactful strike. 

Each explosion of light a testament to her once unparalleled skill as a Mikoto Clan warrior.
