Chapter 7: 19. What's going on here??
" Yah!! Brat who are you calling old??...", her master shrieked. The man who always had Zen was now panic struck. " Of course you Master… Look you have already got grey hair..", Lu Chang Chang replied with a playful smile.
Master: "...."

From that day onwards the three of them lived together. Though initially struggling, Ting Ting soon started getting used to things. She would go with Chang Chang when she would collect herbs or other necessities.
The girls had formed a strong and inseparable bond.
While their Master enjoyed having the company of the two girls. He treated them like his own daughters. They were leading a happy life.
Even after searching a lot, Lu Chang Chang couldn't find any information about Ting Ting, so she stayed with them.
In between she went to the Lu mansion in the city to let them know that she was still alive. She remembered how shocked their faces looked when they saw her. But she left within a short time. She was least interested in being next to those snakes.
They lived in Yongning forest for two more years before returning to civilization. They would send him letters even after they returned.
Lu Chang Chang bought a small mansion in the capital city and started practicing as a detective. Ting Ting started with a food cart before opening a restaurant as cooking was the one thing she was best at. The two girls lived happily.

Lu Chang Chang suddenly snapped out of her trance when she heard some shouts. She looked to the street and saw that a shopkeeper was yelling at some unknown people.
She quickly walked through the crowd to the middle. It was a fight between a guy selling lanterns and a young couple. The guy and girl were wearing dresses from their border land Dragon Empire.
The Dragon Empire was also a very powerful empire. Though not as strong as Zodiac Land. The two empires were separated by the Shen Jing river, a source of water to both the empires. The two empires had a peaceful coexistence.
It's king and queen were mysteriously killed in a fire and only their son, Prince Bai Yubei survived. The Prince's identity was always a mystery. He always wore a mask when he attended public gatherings.
She scanned the two people from head to toe and was sure that they were from the Dragon Empire. They looked from rich and affluent families. The girl seemed to be the guy's assistant. Both of them were very beautiful.
" You broke it.. So you should pay for it!!!", the shopkeeper yelled. The woman beside the guy spoke," Mr… We didn't break the lantern… It was already broken…" She was trying to calm the situation. Both the parties kept arguing with each other. Finally Lu Chang Chang spoke.
" What is going on here??", she asked in a loud voice. Her voice made the entire crowd go silent and look at her.
