Chapter 5: Dismissed the reports
"Yes, sir." Elder Ning beat his chest the sat back down calmly. While all of the elders in the room was trying to suppress their own body from jumping up out of their seat to showed their young master their results.
Xun Ei looked at the excited elders and couldn't help but chuckled," Everyone, it saddened me a bit that I couldn't hear your full reports but I would like your reports to be more brief and concise than Elder Ning. And I would like to remind you that our success was but a tiny step into our grand plan. So, chilled out and don't let that get over your head. Because right now we have more imporatant things to discuss."
All of the elders soon clam down then looked at Xun Ei patiently.
Satisfied with the result, soon he started to speak,"Good, who would like to start their reports."
Soon another elder stood up, he has long hair and muscular body.His eye like hawk but his lip was a bit thick then he spoke up,"Let me be the second , young lord. Our actions in the north did not raise any suspicion among the other vessels. It went by smoothly, also there are many small vessels that want to join us." Xun Ei nodded then looked at the remaining elders. Soon the remaining elders reports their finding and plans one by one until the they were all finishes. After that the main event will now started.
Xun Ei says,"Great, now I will brief about our plans. The first thing we do is to control and solidified our power amongst the vessels in the north of Taixuang area. After we've had enough power we will use Peng clan 5 factions to be the prologue of the intensive fight that sparks the war among the main clans. While they're fighthing against each other, their vessels treasure will be raided by our Black Beads. Then Elder Ning will take some of the treasures and give it to the other useless young master of the main clan and spread the rumors that it was the main clan who raided them. After that we will rally the surrounding vessels into revolt against the clans in Taixuang city."
While Xun Ei sat back leisurely and was proud of himself in thinking such a wonderous plan.
Elder Ning coughed a little,"Patriach, I would like to ask patriach that what would our clan position be after the plans in Taixuang City? Since we don't have enough fighting power and manpower to take control of the city."
Xun Ei eyes sharpened and grinned,"We'll sit back outside the fights then consolidate our power in the north. Although, to be the master of Taixuang City is enticing but the opportunity that lies in the north is far more rewarding such as scattered vessels, unclaimed lands, beasts, foreign trading etc."
Xun Ei took a deep breath then continued, "For the rally part, we'll continue to be in the shadow since there is no point in showing our card and it is easier to control things in the dark."
Although, most of the elders nodded in approval. Some of them thought that while Patriach plans was flawless but most of his action is involving around Elder Ning and Elder Jiang in this meeting. But what about them? They also need further instruction regarding to their plans and situation such as forging, pillsmaking, cultivation, mercenary, merchant, farmers etc. Although, it was running well but maybe their patriach might have more ideas in what should they do next? While they cast an expectant look to their Patriach.
After Xun Ei finished explaining his plans, he grimaced as he saw the remaining elders expectant look. For the love of Xun Clan, all these thinking will make him go crazy one day. As much as he would like to plans and instructs their operation, he can only set that asides for now since it was doing fine and he can only wait for his clan power to rise before planning further.
Xun Ei coughed a bit the commanded,"Alright guys, we will begin the operations in 4 days."
Elder Ning jumoed a bit and asked,"Patriach, shouldn't we wait for the tournament to start before begining the operation?"
Xue Ei looked at the elder and shook his head,"No, because we will use the operation as a training ground for the youngling to train themselves. Then the tournament will start as a test for what they've learned in the operation. Also, who would've thought that it was us who begin the raid since we will have the tournament in one month. They would've expected us to lie low instead."
Xun Ei glanced around then asked,"Well that was it. Is there any question?"
"None, patriach." They answered,
"Good, dismissed" Xun Ei commanded, walking out of the meeting hall as quickly as possible, to do his own things.

After the meeting, Xun Ei was trying to shake his thought from thinking about the works he had to do. With a low spirited, he then decided to take a visit at the most popular place in the clan to cheer up his mood.
When he arrived at Xuiyan library located at the eastern side of Xun Clan. What greeted him was a bustling place packed with people that burying their head towards the books, frspustration could be seen on their faces.
This was the most usual sight in the clan because in Xun clan, every members of the clan must reach the 1st stage of Xuiyan Art in order to gain a position in the clan ranks. The higher Xuiyan stages they reached the higher position and benefits they would get.
To reach the 1st stage of Xuiyan, they must practiced the Xuiyan's mantra until they unlocked their first wisdom from their monotoneous common sense they once had. This stage helps them see the world in new perspective.
However, to unlock the first wisdom, they must improves their knowledge towards the world and their own concious or else, no matter how much they chant the mantra, they would never reach the 1st stage of Xuiyan Art.
With the reason above, it was no wonder that Xuiyan library become the most popular place in Xun Clan.
Xun Ei couldn't help but smiled in satisfaction, while looking at the crowd in front of him. He liked to watch people improving themselves toward a better, yet, wise future. It might be torturous for them to be force to read all those books, but nevertheless, it will help them inside this ruthless world.
"Xun Ei, you damm brat."
"I can't take this anymore."
"Fuck the art, I will go back to cultivating!"
"Another person has fainted! Quickly take him to the nursary!"
Loud cursed mixed with panic could be heard among the people in Xuiyan library, which, brought a wide smiles to Xun Ei face. Because he was, afterall, the main culprit who created the Xuiyan Art.
"Hehe, there was a long way to go guys, because right now the Xuiyan Art has 4 stages , but it will be increased in the future." He muttered in a low voice, lifting his mood. He began to recounted the 4 stages of Xuiyan Art:
The first stage was called A Youngling. The second stage was called The Seeker. The third stage was called The Wise. And the fourth stage was called The Seer.
While most of the clan members only passed the first stage of Xuiyan Art, however their cultivation bases are not to be laughed at.
Many times people in the clan would focused on their cultivation base first, before buried themselves in Xuiyan Art to help them achieved the breakthrough in their cultivation, while also passing the requirement of the clan's rule.
Meanwhile, all of the Xun Clan elders were in The Seeker stage; a stage where practitioner started to dive deep into the world to understand how it works. While he, Xun Ei, was in The Wise stage; a stage where practitioner started to control the heart of the people.

lagoon11 Describing Xuiyan stage was harder than I thought it would be. I will try to add up the rest of the detail to the existing chapters as much as possible. Since, I felt that my narrative was jumping around. So, there should be around 2-3 chapters before it leads to'The storm in Taixuang city and latter.
As of right now, I will tried to edit the already existing chapter to be more lifelike because at first I thought I would like a bit casual. But the more I write the more perfect I want it to be.
