Chapter 6: Now what?
It has been several hours since my 'practice' sessions I had with my bow. I'm currently following a line on the map that will hopefully get me out of the forest while also filling a bag I took from the 'camp' with fruits to eat along the way.
"At the speed that I'm going. It'll probably take me an hour or more to get out of this forest. I'll practice my Archery after I get the hell out of this forest." I said as I remember that I'm still a newbie at Archery while also jumping on trees.
`It looks like I need more experience to fire longer shots even though I have the skill 'Clairvoyance', it still needs the experience to be used properly in long-range, let alone Ultra long-range combat.` I thought.
"From what I know, Archer can fire his shots at a distance of 4km with ease while the enemy is moving. Accumulating Battle experience from fighting for billions of years does that to you after all." I said with a Sigh.

`I made it to the edge of the forest. Also spotted a small village a few kilometers away from where I'm currently am.` I thought to myself.
I kept on observing the said village for a couple more minutes, Seeing them interact with each other, what they're doing, and gathering any clues to what universe I'm currently am.
I then remembered the people that died in the forest as I look at the village.
"Those people that died in the forest must have come from this village. If they did come from here, this village could be attacked in the coming days or even weeks if they're lucky. it'll be a month tops." I said in certainty.
"They also probably don't have that many men to defend the village. Or I might be wrong there is Magic in this world, so. Anything is possible, right?" I said questioningly.
"Well, whatever. The Dead is Dead life will move on, end of the story." I said while I ponder on my next move.
I then made my way around the outside of the village as stealthily as I can.
`I know that coming out from the direction of the forest will make me suspicious, so. I'm going around the outside of the village and going in the main entrance instead.` I thought while thinking of the things that I would ask.
"Wait... Can they even understand me? This-This is a huge error. How have I not been thinking of that!?" I said in annoyance.
"On second thought, I'll ask them. It's a fantasy world, after all. There is probably some Auto translation in this world. If there isn't then, I'll instead draw on the ground to let them know what I'm trying to say." I said as I make my way to the main entrance of the village.
I then stop in front of the main entrance of the village. I then see a man guarding the main entrance while also armed with a small short sword at the side of his hip, a man that has passed his prime approaches me with a worried look on his face.
`Huh? I don't look scary now, do I? Or is he thinking I'm some beggar? To hell with that! I am 'The great hero Archer' I'll say that if it doesn't sound so cringe.` I thought to myself as I look at the approaching guard.
"Ah.. hello, traveler." Said the guard.
`Huh... So I was right! There is an Auto translation in this world. I did see his mouth move differently than the way I heard it.` I thought while smiling ever so slightly.
"Likewise, it is Rayvel." I said with a smile to lessen his worries.
"y-Yes. It is Kalos. Ah... I would like to know what your business is for coming here Rayvel-san." Asked the guard.
I raised an eyebrow at the last word he said.
`Did he just say 'san'? Did I hear that right? Is he speaking Japanese? Is this place filled with Japanese speakers? If so, then I'm definitely in an anime universe.` I thought with certainty.
"Ah yes. My business here is only to ask a few questions, You see. I'm currently new to traveling, I've only started my travels a week ago, as for why I'm not carrying any pieces of luggage with me, other than this small bag. I was attacked by a pack of wolves while I was traveling.
I didn't have a choice, as I have to leave my belongings to survive the attack. That is why I only carry one bag with a few fruits inside with me, as I don't have weapons to hunt down animals for food." I replied while I make the best-saddened look I could.
I then looked at the Kalos face to see if my sob story worked or not. It did take quite the brainstorming to think of it.
"I... I'm truly sorry for you to experience such a harsh journey. Rayvel-san If your only asking for questions, then I'll answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability." Said Kalos with a smile while patting my shoulder as to say it will be alright.
`Hehe. It Looks like being around fake people paid off. Now I gotta nail my questions and I'll be outta here.` I thought to myself.
"Thank you, Kalos-san. Then I'll be asking a few questions if you don't mind." I replied with the best smile I could do as of now.

"Thank you again Kalos-san. I could make my way to Orario now." I said with a bright smile.
"Are you really alright that you wouldn't need to stay here and rest for a while? You did travel for quite some time just so to get here." Kalos asked in a worried tone.
"I assure you that I wouldn't need to. I have gotten plenty of rest while I made my way here. So don't worry yourself Kalos-san." I replied with a smile and a thumbs up.
"If... If you say so Rayvel-san. But do be careful on your travels." Kalos said
"Of course. Then, till we meet again, Kalos-san." I said as I make my way to the road.

I was a few kilometers away from the village now. I'm currently walking the dirt road that Kalos said is connected to the main roads leading to Orario.
`Welp, to my utter 'F*CKING' surprise. I'm currently in the universe of Danmachi. Who would have thought, huh? Now then, Gods and Goddesses. From what 'I' know about them is that. You can't lie to them, dangerous, whimsical, bored, need entertainment, and last but not least, a level up System." I thought with a 'VERY' worried expression.
"It's ok Rayvel. Everything is going to be fine, you are favored by Fate after all. You're 'The Hero Of Bow' as well Rayvel, so everything is going to be just fine. What could possibly go wrong, right? Oh shut up I could say that and nothing will happen, I'm favored by Fate, hahaha!" I said while laughing at the end.
Then. A sudden thought crossed my mind, and I stopped walking.
"Wait... Why am I going to Orario again? To get a job? To be an adventurer? I don't seek fame, power, glory, or any of that Hero Harem crap! I just died a few days ago... I'm not planning on dying again or even risking my life there... So why am I going there!? That place is where shit hits the fan! Even if I have the power of Archer I'm still... Weak.
