Alex inwardly thought with amusement. While Alex was thinking, the monsters rushed to him with the intent and desire of killing him. Seeing the incoming monsters with a great amount, Krausel released an intimidating beastial cry.

Two skills were casted in an instant by Krausel debuffing the monsters while buffing his master. Lightning condensed around the Celestial Cat's body and instantly disappeared in his position with the speed of a thunder bolt.
Seeing that his partner charged to the swarm of monsters, Alex yelled to Krausel with a smile.
"Rampage all you want partner!"

Hearing Krausel's response who was attacking with his claws and fangs by perfectly utilizing his lightning speed agility, Alex leaped off and started his assault. The goal was the silverback 200m ahead of him.

Standing over the bloody, and motionless body, Alex magic kneaded the magic inside his body and converted into fire, Alex then expelled from the mouth and shaped into a literal sea of flames, that covers a wide range as well.

A sea of flames was spreading around the beasts. The monsters in the vicinity were rapidly incinerated by the fiery flames.

The monsters shrieked from inside the storm of fire. Their bodies were slowly scorched and magic stones was spread all over the place .

The more level his Dragon Heart increase, the closer Alex became to an actual dragon. His Dragon Heart was also the reason why he had drastically changed when ranking up. His rapid growth was also related to his Dragon Heart together with his Supreme Overlord, and being a High Human.
With the increase in the level of his Dragon Heart and continuous use of flame spells, Alex was moving to the path of a fire dragon.
The flames of the Fire Dragon weren't normal flames and can't be compared to normal flame magic. It wasn't a by-product of the oxidation process. It wasn't an element of magic, nor a phenomenon reproduced by divinity or magic power. It was just the embodiment of the Fire Dragon's will.
This kinds of flames was the destination of Alex's flames if he would continue moving to the path of the Fire Dragon. The level 2 Dragon Heart provides a great amount of effects for Alex.
It now pulls in magic from the atmosphere in every breath of Alex and turns it into his magic power. However it's not just simple absorbing as purer magic is taken from the atmosphere and absorbed as magic power.

Considering that only four or five of these things roam at the dungeon at a time, it takes a considerable amount of luck to encounter one of them. Then again, infant dragon have annihilated parties of level 1 and level 2 adventurers so they weren't that lucky.
The dragon springs into action, flinging its long tail around like a whip. Alex reflexively evaded the tail that could send him flying. It may not be as strong as the Juggernaut, but this beast was categorized as level 2.
Because of Krausel, the attack power of Alex was increased by 30%. Sliding under the infant dragon and taking advantage of the gap, Alex immediately stabbed with Assassinate.

The sharp blades cause the dragon further pain being dealt with a critical blow. It immediately took a step back. The infant dragon suddenly appeared in front of Alex. Then it roared and started to attack.

Every time the dragon attack with its fangs, claws and tales, wind pressure was generated and tore at the ground. "Kuwooooh!"
The dragon became angry that Alex was avoiding his attacks and started striking quicker and sharper. Alex focused and barely managed to avoid direct blows.

The infant flinched at the deep thigh attack and fell to one knee in the front. Alex then dashed and move through this gap. Then Alex brandished the Assassin's Decree.

The infant dragon screamed from the shock and fell back. As he landed on the ground, Alex stabbed the left Achilles tendon, then swiftly stabbed the right Achilles tendon.
"Phoenix Sage Fire."
Leaping into the air, once the dragon's whole body turned red, a red barrage of flames fell down from above and struck the infant dragon.
Then, Alex stabbed again and again without taking a break. Avoiding every counterattack of the infant dragon, all it could do was scream in frustration as the human in front was very agile.
"Farewell."
Alex muttered to the infant dragon with calm gaze as he casted another S rank spell. Flames that took the form of the dragons headed toward the infant dragon.
Engulfing the beast with fire, the flames continues to past the infant dragon and exploded to the walls. The infant dragon leaves behind a soft moan of pain before collapsing to the ground, a victim of a fiery inferno.
All that's left was the burned remains of the dragon dissolving into the air. The walls that took the blast is heavily damaged. Covered with cracks more and more pieces fall to the ground but not to the point to summon a Juggernaut.
