After successfully landing a blow towards the Juggernaut, Alex swiftly retreated. Ignoring the notifications, Alex knew that he couldn't allow himself to be distracted when facing the Juggernaut.
Seeing the Juggernaut leap at him from the side, Alex waited until the edge of the incoming claws was in front of his eyes. In that moment, Alex swiftly and elegantly raised his dagger, parrying the blow.
Alex staggered for a bit because of the great difference in strength. With his left eye half opened because his eyes were unconsciously closed with the impact, Alex could see a silhouette of an incoming fang that was about to bite him.
Using Flying Thunder God to evade the attack, Alex successfully appeared behind the Juggernaut. The dagger and short sword clashed against the scale of the Juggernaut. A sharp metallic sound rang out, jolting both Alex and the Juggernaut at the same time. Alex's weapons struggled to advance by even half an inch.
In an instant, a tail struck Alex from behind. Fortunately, he was able to detect it from the last moment and he avoided being hit in the heart and his arms were pierced instead.
As the attack was so fast, he was gravely wounded before he could even cast Flying Thunder God again. Alex clearly understood that he had no time to think because he would lose his life if he hesitated in the slightest. In order to preserve his life, he could only put it at stake.
He bravely faced the enemy head on so that he could achieve victory. Throwing several daggers, Alex immediately turned into a crimson flash as he had already healed his wound with his fast regeneration, making the Juggernaut unable to react as his speed greatly surpassed the Juggernaut when using his Flying Thunder God.
"Oh! He's improving very fast."
Ottar was once again surprised at Alex's rapid growth. In every exchange, he could see that Alex was improving at rapid speed.

He checked Alex's overall physique in real time with eyes looking in with Insight. He couldn't believe that Alex would rapidly grow and led to this result.

An intermediate mastery skill was really different. It was like a major realm unlike before. Once his skills reached intermediate, aside from the attack damage of the skill had greatly increased, many informations and knowledge flowed into his mind.
Ottar could see that Alex was becoming more skillful in handling his weapons. Both the short sword that occasionally exploded in flames and his dagger were more skillfully used than earlier.

In a world brimming with flaws, Alex quickly glanced at his surroundings. The Juggernaut, Ottar who was watching, the flames caused by the Splitting Edge… Their contours were all fluctuating with flaws. With this sight burned into his eyes, Alex made his move.

Alex swiftly threw himself towards the Juggernaut. A move that in the eyes of others, could only be seen as an act of suicide. However, Alex sliced along the flaws displayed amid the flames as he clove through the fire. Soon, his slice formed a diagonal fault from one side of his field of sight to another, and the upper side segment seemed to slide down along it,

The Juggernaut rushing his way was brutally wounded. It's tail was equally split in half and brushed past Alex.

It was such an unbelievable spectacle even though it was happening right in front of his eyes.

With the exception of his magic spells that wouldn't be of use at this moment, all of his skills were rapidly growing during in his fight with the Juggernaut even his life was at stake.
The Juggernaut dismissed Alex's ability as a coincidence and kept swinging his claws ceaselessly. With every swing, pillars of flame gushed out from beneath as the flames caused by the Splitting Edge swept the ground.

However, Alex slashed a few times into the flaws he sees and to easily tore off the Juggernaut. Eventually, Alex was able to reach the Juggernaut and collided with him.
*Kwang*
The Juggernaut's strength was without a doubt destructive. The sharp and deadly claws almost severed Alex in two pieces, but missed right in front of Alex's brow. Timely turning into a crimsom flash, Alex instantly appeared above the Juggernaut.
Although it may not have been able to break the Juggernaut's momentum, it was enough to narrow the overwhelming gap in strength . That alone was a tremendous success .
"Kwuuung!"
As if not being able to tolerate it anymore, the Juggernaut loudly roared and put even more strength into his claws. Alex avoided confronting him in terms of strength. He dodged left as he parried the attack to his right. The Juggernaut that leaped towards Alex helplessly struck the ground.
It's body briefly stumbled after losing balance, and then, with the Juggernaut's retaliation, one of his arm and leg was severed as Alex wasn't able to react to the sudden horizontal slash of its claws.
"It seems like it's still early for him to fight a Juggernaut."
Ottar muttered to himself seeing that Alex wasn't able to react in that last attack which made him lose his arm and a leg.
"It seems like I had to find him a pair of prosthetic arm and leg."
As a level 7, it would only natural for him to care a bit to a level 1 he had acknowledged. As he was about to move with the intention to save Alex who had a promising future, Ottar was surprised seeing Alex's expression.
There was no pain that could be seen in his face. Normally, if one would be wounded to this extent, they would immediately scream in pain even they wanted to supress it but Alex treated it as if it was nothing special.
People might think about the saying 'No pain no gain' but Alex couldn't feel any pain at all as the abnormal status of pain was fully nullified by his Perfect Status Immunity.
With his sharingan, Alex was able to clearly see his arm and leg together with the blood that vigorously flowed from his wounds. However in an instant, a new arm and leg rapidly grow replacing the severed parts.
The reason why Alex wasn't worried about as he was benefitting from the effects of the Dragon Heart. Ottar was greatly surprised about this.
Ottar was sure that Alex didn't drank any healing potion at all. He was then reminded about the Mermaid's Blood which has healing properties and is capable of reattaching severed limbs.
"A skill?"
From Alex's growth rate, fighting styles, and his regeneration speed, Ottar came into a conclusion that all of this was a result of several skills.
"That was quite an interesting way of taking revenge about me cutting your tail."
Alex chuckled towards the now tail less Juggernaut who was cautiously watching Alex. If it were any normal adventurer that encountered this Juggernaut, they might not last long.
"Now then."
Alex took a deep breath as his eyes gazed around looking at all the daggers he had thrown around. In every exchange he had made with the Juggernaut, Alex always throws at least 5 pairs of daggers in different positions.
Now that all of his preparations are now in set, Alex now intended to focus all of his attacks with his Flying Thunder God. Even though he didn't held back earlier, Alex now firmed himself to go all out.
