Chapter 2: 2. Mana Restoration Part 1
Sin carefully went over the fence and was instantly called to the principals office, he had to run as the students pushed him around and talked about him wanting attention. He didn't care anymore though.
'I seem to lost quite a bit of power... as well as mana.. it seems my soul has weakened and I need to regain my power.' Sin was thinking while the principal was talking, why would he care what this random inferior human wanted?
"There are quite a few different paths in your life, you understand young man?!" The disgusting principal shouted, spitting Sin in the face in the process. At one point he even slammed the table in repeated succession.
Sin bowed a deep bow in order to just finish the conversation and begin his plans and said "Yes, yes principal I understand it wont happen again" He was extremely annoyed and it was apparent on his face.
"Go! Don't let me catch you attempting that stunt again!" As the principal yelled this, Sin was already exiting the room and had closed the door.
'First off, I need to find what type of Mana I have an affinity with in this body.. I need to be sure because unlike the soul that is a storage for mana, the body has the attributes that affect the overall strength one is able to take with certain elements.' Sin began walking out of the school when he was stopped by an unknown classmate.
This classmate was a male of the same grade, he had short brown hair that looked like a rat had chewed a small bit of his nose off, his eyebrows were cut like they were fresh carrots that had been cut on a cutting board. His breath.. his breath! It smelt as if he had decided that for the rest of his life he'd only eat farts and never brush his teeth, and when he did it with was a strange sludge!
"Hey Mark! Its me, James! I thought we were going to walk together buddy?" The disgusting child said with a grin, this grin looked very sly due to the fact his head was naturally shaped like a rat's.
Sin walked on, not wanting to smell the putrid stench that should have never been let loose out of its containment zone!
"Hmph, you really dare to ignore me, really Mark!" The rat kid, James said. He was currently flailing about and making a scene in Sin's direction, students in the windows began to stare when he was spitting in the air and swallowing it, assumed to be an attempt to impress Mark.
'What kind of useless vessel have I obtained? This kid Mark was seriously best friends with this guy?
Sin began to circulate the last bit of his mana in an attempt to escape from the situation he was currently entrapped in!
As he began to run with his improved legs James was screaming at him, he ignored him completely because I mean, what would it be about that's important to Sin anyway.
James had yelled "Remember to stay away from your house today! The debt collectors will be coming!
