Welp, here's the chap~ (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ]
"Would you mind telling me your name?"
His voice, carrying the question from the bottom of his heart, shook the air.
However.
"—I have no such thing."
With a sad look, the Nameless Girl replied.
At the same time, the nameless girl, with extreme melancholy, while making an expression like she was about to cry, drew her sword again with a 'kachiri' sound.
"Hm? What are you planning to do now?" asked Rei tried to swing the sword on his slowly in the air.
'This human.....' , in the Nameless Girl's perspective just looked like a very carefree person with a smile always plastered on his face. She wasn't sure if this boy really knew how dire his situation was or not. She even wondered where his confidence...or arrogance stems from.
And that goes as well for the <sword> he was wielding. She was sure of it that it was that of the same existence of her <broadsword>, and knowing that made her wonder how did this human get his hands on 'that'.
Her existence—a [Spirit]. This human somehow feels like one of her kind yet also feels doesn't at the same time.
It was confusing. Very for the likes of her.
'Also, the <Angel> of his seems—different....?'
The Nameless Girl just cast a confused look at Rei. In conclusion, she thought that this human was—an irregular.
"...What I'm going to do, you say?"
"That's right"
"Of course—kill you quickly." The girl said as a matter of fact, but in response, Rei just seemingly shrugged it off and then said.
"Why is that?"
"After all, didn't you come to kill me too?"
Hearing the Nameless Girl's reply so naturally, his face contorted—of those of a person that would burst out in laughter.
"Pffft... haha!" Unintentionally, Rei let out a laugh.
"What's so funny...?" The girl questioned him with cold eyes.
"Haha... haha... Well, it's not the first time someone tried to kill me in the first place, but hearing it face to face and from someone like you makes me hard not to contain my laughter! And besides..."
"..."
"... could you even kill me in the first place?" Rei said with a chuckle.
"Why...? Is it not obvious?"
With a weary face, the girl continued.
Faced with an expected answer, Rei then said calmly.
"...There's no way I would do that."
"....What?"
This time, the Girl forgot how many times she felt surprised and confused for today. This day was really.... a day full of surprises.
"They're...a bit late I say," Rei murmured to himself and this was also heard by the Nameless Girl, though what she heard was just a murmur which she couldn't comprehend.
'Or am I just too early? Yeah, probably' Rei thought to himself.
"Nu?"
The Nameless Girl tilted her head slightly as Rei muttered those words. And a few seconds later, she then knew what he was implying at.
The Nameless Girl looked at Rei with a mixture of surprise, suspicion, and confusion.
However, the girl immediately narrowed her eyes and looked away from Rei, turning her face towards the sky.
As if already expecting it, Rei also turned to look upwards—
After all, there were a few humans—or at least, their silhouettes from afar appear so, wearing strange suits flying in the sky—and to add to that, from the weapons in their hands, a large number of missile-like things were shot at Rei and the Nameless Girl.
The missiles that were launched from the sky floated unmoving in the air several meters above the girl, as if they were held by invisible hands.
The girl gave an exasperated sigh.
"...This kind of thing is useless, why can't they ever learn. Still, they are.... quite different today?"
Saying this, the girl raised the hand that was not holding the sword, and squeezed it shut.
As she did this, the countless missiles crumpled up, as if being compressed, and exploded where they were.
Even the magnitude of the explosions was frighteningly small. It was as if all of the power had been sucked inwards.
He could somewhat understand the confusion of those 'people' fluttering around in the air.
However, they did not stop their attacks. One after another, missiles were shot.
Numerous missiles as well as gunshots resounded within the silent area.
The girl instinctively raised her hands up and created a barrier which covered the area around her. And it was then, the barrier and the missiles came in contact—
BOOOMMM!!
—obviously, an explosion occured.
The assailants were soon unveiled as the firing of shots and missiles halted for a brief moment after starting to blast to her again.
"Sigh"
The girl gave another small sigh, making a face which seemed like tears might come out at any moment.
The one she was fighting at the moment were obviously—the AST. But they weren't the usual bunch, instead, these ones assaulting her were 'Robots' or 'Drones' just like what Rei encountered easily.
Well, not mentioning their speed and accuracy which you would naturally expect from a computer programmed robot being guided by a controller somewhere, they were practically tincans as long as you have enough firepower or tactics to overwhelm or outmaneuver them.
"....."
Rei just silently continued to observe her fight. She was easily cutting and destroying them one by one just like butter being cut with a hot knife.
As Rei was observing the Girl whose attention towards him lessened due to the sudden assailants, he noticed that the other person few meters behind his back was sitting back on the ground with a dumbfounded expression.
It was as if that person couldn't comprehend what was happening. Well of course, you would if you well a normal person that lived normally in his life.... but this person has quite the background on him if someone delved deeper though.
Who was he?
Isn't the answer given already?
It's our Original Protagonist of this world, the one and only, Shidou Itsuka himself.
Still, Rei just continued to ignore him for now since he was busy watching the Nameless Girl hovering in the sky as she fought the AST drones.
But it was then, the enemies' numbers began to exponentially increase. Even so, it didn't really deal any significant damage to the Nameless Girl. Nevertheless, it looks like she is having trouble on dealing with numbers.
However, Rei knows that the girl could just handle this in a matter of seconds if she got serious.
'There was no need to intervene....' or so he thought at first.
And it was then, an idea popped on his mind.
——
[3rd PoV]
"Hey!" Rei called out, specifically to the Girl's direction.
"..?"
The girl in response only took a glance on him and then continued to fight—or rather, exterminate the 'flies' that were bugging her.
Seeing her reaction, the human then concluded to himself that she was going to listen to him at least.
"Do you want some help over there?"
"...Help?"
Help.
A very foreign word in the Girl's vocabulary.
For she was always alone anywhere she goes to, and to add, her life was always threatened by mysterious people who always pop around wherever and whenever she came to this world.
Those who tried to kill her were the same as the being right in her sights—a human.
And now, that same human asked her if he could help her.
It was incomprehensible in the girl's perspective. As in, why should he do that?
Knowing that she couldn't answer her question herself, the girl responded as she created a barrier covering the two of them making their conversation to be uninterrupted.
"Yes yes. Help. I can help you deal with them all at once, you know?" Rei said in a sincere tone.
This made the girl further confused. In the first place, does this human—no, irregular human even have the capabilities to accomplish what he said?
So to further inquire him more and to know his reasons, the girl then said, "...And why should you do that?"
"Hmm. Let's just say it's a token in order for us to have a pleasant relationship in the future"
"Nu...?" The girl slightly tilted her head wondering what this human meant by those words. Added to that, her appearance at the moment... was just too cute to be exact.
"Seeing you like that urges me to help you more geez. Well, your answer, milady?"
"....then I'll accept your help...."
Hearing that, Rei then walked towards her, not approaching her, but he bypassed her as he continued to observe the number of enemies which seems to be even increasing as time passes.
The girl didn't do anything unnecessary and just observed what Rei was about to do. She was also skeptical as for how this human would execute what he just said earlier.
As soon as the boy lifted one of his arms in the air—
It was then, she felt something dangerous gathering there from within.
As soon as he was about to make his move, he then spoke once more to the girl.
"By the way"
"....What?"
"After this, could I meet you again?"
"...."
The girl didn't answer. She still doesn't know what she would feel about this matter.
She was already confused. So much so for today that it even made her head hurt in result.
Meeting her again?
What kind of person would say that?
All this time. Always and always. All she had to meet everytime she appears in this world were people trying to kill her.
And now, someone wants to meet her again? Along without the intention about harming her? She was surprised once more and she thought that when should this human stop doing that?
And in the end of those thoughts, she still can't give an answer which made a frown appear on her face as she remained silent.
"Hm? It seems you can't give a clear answer. Well then, let me rephrase my request a bit"
"...."
"The next time we meet, could we go on a 'Date'?"
"Nu....?"
The girl didn't know what the human meant with those words. Seeing her reaction, the human smiled wryly in response.
Rei then remembered that she was the only Spirit right now who was almost ignorant about the knowledge and how the world works right now.
"Well, I'll just accept it as a not decided, I guess?"
The girl just stared at him with a confused gaze. What is reflected on her eyes were the glint of surprise and curiosity that seemed to be unending towards the human in front of her as long as he exists.
It was just utterly ridiculous, she thought. Even so, deep inside her, a budding feeling sprouted from within.
It was something called—hope and happiness if someone were to describe it. Yet at this very moment, she still doesn't know that fact until later on.
And so, Rei continued to walk forward as the [barrier] around them were slowly being shaken by the consecutive barrages of firearms and explosives.
It was then, his raised arm began to emit a faint glow.
At that very moment, Rei thought to himself, 'I believe I could probably utilize and use most of my abilities right now as a [Spirit]. Even so, that doesn't mean I could just rest easy and be careless so....'
*SNAP*
With a snap of his finger which echoed through the whole area despite the numerous explosions and noises.
A second later, each and every enemies hovering within the sky and as well as it's controllers located within the place we're crushed and warped by space.
And just like that, all the enemies that are within the area disappeared.
"....."
With that finished, silence invaded the whole place. Nobody made a sound at what just happened.
But in the minds of those who saw it, their thoughts were closely similar to each other.
The enemies they were facing were utterly—annihilated.

How is it? Well, the PoV thingy may be confusing to others specially the change of names from time to time.... so yeah. Just bare with it for a while...
Also, STONES STONES!!! MY FRIENDS!
I already also have a scheduled release finally!
The interval of release would be between weekly intervals! In short, 1-2 chaps per week!
Short right? I could still add some extras.
That's it. Holidays are done after all so RL responsibilities will come up!
