I got up with much difficulty only able to support myself with Dawn before standing I take off my mouth price letting blood drop to the ground. 'alright time to let loose a little I look over only to see everyone just trying to stay alive with spiderman acting as the main distraction for the robot just barely keeping out of reach while the S.H.E.I.L.D agents' rain fire on it but that only seems to make it remember their there.
I equipped my [valstrax armor] and also switched to [valstrax] with [Dawn] in my hands leaving me with a strength above a thousand and dexterity not that far behind, I also let my wings out for the first time which looked badass if I do say so myself. now is this a bit overkill yes but I was punched through shipping containers so maximum effort.
I boost myself off the ground 30 feet into the air the next second I blast forward with red draconic energy immediately breaking the sound barrier A.M.A.Z.O turns to me his eye glow but he was too slow, I impale through the chest him with my wing on the other end what I assume to be important. as A.M.A.Z.O begins to twitch and move erratically and its eyes switch on and off as it struggles to pull itself off my wing.
"enough of this" I open my wing bisecting the robot and ending the battle quickly 'Fatality'.

Agents lead the captured A.I.M and villains onto the quinjets with containment cells to be taken to the helicarrier, after a sweep of the area the agents couldn't find captain cold and after checking the manifest nothing else seemed to be missing. But since A.M.A.Z.O wasn't on the manifest either S.H.E.I.L.D would be talking with Lex Luthor very soon about that matter of missing materials.

We met up back on the bus that has landed and everyone gathered together to discuss our next move, but we had lost the element of surprise A.I.M now knew that S.H.E.I.L.D was aware of their existence meaning they could just go underground. But now we had multiple sources of information including rhino and some A.I.M grunts left behind when they retreated.
After a while, it was decided that all we could do was wait and listen for any more signs of A.I.M while also researching their technology and going through the interrogation process to gain much-needed intel.
But that wasn't the only thing talked about as Maria saw first hand if S.H.E.I.L.D wants to stand any chance they need more heroes on side so she got to work recruiting immediately.
Maria Hill: "Join S.H.E.I.L.D and you could do far more good than being heroes in one city." she tried to stress.
"For the last time no" I said with exasperation she just would not take no for an answer spiderman was still mulling it over in his head which I understood. I had been doing the same sense we were taken in but right now S.H.E.I.L.D was more of a liability and a danger to myself with a likely Hydra influence and just plain incompetence on their part. I was not going to be joining, spiderman though could gain much with him needing much-needed upgrades to his equipment, and with him in S.H.E.I.L.D could lead to him forming the Champions or some other team.
Spiderman: "I'll do it but with some conditions I need to be hashed out first" Maria nodded her head with a smile her eyes landed back on me to see if I would budge, I shook my head.
"If you need me you know where to find me" Maria finally admitted defeat and took me and spiderman back to New York saying if there was any developments shield would contact us and that was that me and spiderman split up after that going our separate ways.
I headed back to the penthouse only to find the place covered in more silk than the last time with a sleeping larva in the middle of it all whelp time to start cleaning.

POV Nick fury
Councilman 1: "what do we know so far director about this A.I.M organization?" the council had called a meeting soon. after the events of yesterday all covered in darkness hiding their identity from anyone as a final precaution. I taped the screen in front of me and information was sent to all their screens and a global appeared with gold dots on it.
"These are known or suspected A.I.M hideouts and warehouses" the council is silenced as they look at the global "from what we have so far we know this group is lead by one person under the title of scientist supreme" again silence but I can't blame them we have a lot of catching up to do.
Councilwoman 1: "who is the scientist supreme what do we have on him?" a file popes up and the council skim through it " is this all we know one page?" she said in disbelief
Counsimen 2: "what do we know about this A.I.M's goals their objectives?"
"From what we have gathered their all-around goal is to secure humanity's survival through technology no matter the cost" this gains multiple relations from the council all of them small enough to where you wouldn't notice at a glance. "But looking at it through a filter their real goal is global conquest through technology"
Councilmen 3: "And how do they plan to do this?"
"They have a project in the works we don't know if it's the main one or just a stepping stone towards something bigger" a hologram appears" the name of this project is M.O.D.O.K"
