"i'm so confused right now, how is that even possible?, this badge, it contains my details, my name, my birthday, is that a coincidence? even when i look at it that way, it still doesn't make any sense!! this guy looks way older than 14 years old, his birthday matches mine, it's the same!, same name, same birthday, well there's only one way to figure it out...", Marcus took some photos of the body using his smartphone, he searched it one more time to find more evidence, "okay what do we have here; a voice recorder, the badge, a Glock 19, a silencer which i wonder why he didn't use it when he shot Rocky, and finally, a tissue?, that's everything, i wonder what to do with that corpse, if i simply leave it here, my parents will freak out, and that's not the only problem, i searched the body; my fingerprints are all over it, that might put me in trouble, even if it didn't, they will try to identify the man, and supposing that we are the same person, our DNA is identical, that would create terror and controversy they may even put me in some sort of a quarantine or something, i don't want that, exams are around the corner, i would fail if they put me away, i'll waste a year of my life for nothing!, there's no way i could let that happen.."
Marcus went back to his room where he hid the evidence in his desk's drawer, he locked it and took the key with him, it was cold outside which is something he didn't notice as he was searching the body; he didn't feel anything that time but fear, confusion and devastation, he grabbed his jacket and sneaked into his parents' bedroom where he found the car keys, and without hesitation he stole the keys and started the car that was parked outside in the street, he managed to pull the officer's corpse with difficulty and put it in the car's trunk alongside to the dog's corpse, it didn't feel right but he thought it was necessary to conceal both of them corpses, he figured that he must lie to his parents about what happened to Rocky, he just couldn't think of a lie that is good enough to convince his parents and stop them from asking questions about it for a long time, he kept thinking about it as he was driving; heading to the graveyards.
Marcus carried the police officer's cold corpse and dragged it through the graveyard, he was frightened, but he didn't have much of a choice, he walked miles across dead people and even stepped on their graves, searching for an empty distant place to conceal his future corpse, a consequence of a crime that he didn't commit, he eventually ended up finding the perfect spot to hide the body, he put it there and went back to bring the shovel from the car. As he was digging his own grave, perhaps his future grave, he thought about a lot of things, such as what is he doing or why, and how he ended up in this situation he's in, he was literally burring himself, in a dark place under a pine tree, so far away and distant from the other graves, as tears poured out of his eyes unwillingly, he didn't want to die at this very young age, he always believed that he had too much to achieve in his life, too much to see, and too much to try, the idea of dying at this young age, going back in time, dies in his parents' backyard after shooting his most loyal friend, and being the one to bury himself, repeating the same timeline over and over again...but that was it, the timeline repeats itself as long as he dies in the past, which means he can always change the outcome of one of a million possible future, in other words he was stuck in a timeline paradox, and the only way to get out of this paradox is to prevent his future death, and as expected from such a brilliant adolescent, he realized all of it, but his biggest concerns at that time was the fact that nobody showed up to his funeral...
