Chapter 2: poem- Therapist

i could see the sign hanging above his head that read THE RAPIST?

As he slouched low in his chair i couldn't help but stare, i didn't care that he sat in his spinning chair and took notes

i didn't mind that his voice was off key and off note, i could careless if he thinks I'm depressed but....the sign

the sign was what caught my attention, clearly my parents had mentioned my aggressive behavior or suspensions and they told him the past i wanted to leave unmentioned.

Maybe I'm reading the sign wrong but how could i when the words repeated itself clear and long.

THE RAPIST it said in all caps " why would you hang that sign there?" i asked,

he said "cause that's what i am"

i stood up off my seat and watched him with disgust cause he said what he said very discrete as if that wasn't something to discuss

" why so tense " he asked as he reached out to touch me but i pulled back swiftly,

he looked at my face as i looked at the sign, he then realized i misread him this whole time,

"tell me what that sign says" he said as he sat back down, "the rapist" i said with an indecent frown

he smiled and leaned forward with his head down wrote a few notes then layed his book down, looked up at me while he took the sign down, took a seat beside me and said " i am a therapist my dear, u read the sign wrong"

CREATORS' THOUGHTS
Dereesia_Baynes Dereesia_Baynes

there are some words that say how they are spelt but dosent spell what is meant to be said for example "therapist" pull it apart and the words (the rapist) come dancing out, its a play on words as i like say.
