Chapter 2: Forget The Words
At that dinner table the two of them were silent from each other. Lucy played with her food, she didn't lust for a meal at all because what happened last night really made her so shocked, it still poked her heart until she had trouble acting.
"You don't like the breakfast dad made, Lucy?" a teary-eyed man spoke, he had since observed Lucy just messing up her food.
"Y-huh?"
"Breakfast which I made is not good, huh?" Wilson smiled at Lucy, he was wearing glasses and looked so exhausted.

"Dad, your breakfast has always been delicious." Lucy praised Wilson's cooking while looking at Wilson. Wilson's face that looked tired just now was at least now embellished with a smile on his face.
"Thank goodness that you like it, Lucy. Eat a lot, Lucy."
Lucy nodded her head, she then moved her head to look towards her plate back, only that she accidentally met the eyes of Kyle who had been staring at her since just now and he smiled as bright as the morning sun. It made Lucy's heart uneasy, she fell silent with her mouth open.

Lucy really didn't understand why Kyle was able to relax with her after what happened yesterday.

"Brothee, I said just forget about that matter. I can't talk to you more than this."
Lucy walked past Kyle. "Why?"
Kyle quickly looked towards Lucy, Lucy was silent a few seconds later after she managed to brace herself she let out a long breath and looked towards Kyle.
"because I have an appointment with my friends, Kyle." Lucy smiled forcefully, trying to truly assume that Kyle was her sibling.
She wants such a warm sibling-like relationship. Or it should be Kyle behaving like he was before, cold, and just ignoring Lucy. Don't talk to her, because Lucy feels uncomfortable.
"Who is your friend?" asked Kyle in a heavier voice.
Lucy squeezed the bridge of her nose. It has nothing to do with you, Kyle."
"Who?" Kyle forced Lucy.
"River, and Mira."
Lucy finally answered and that answer from Lucy made Kyle unhappy.
"You're still with that kid..." Kyle looked so upset, and Lucy didn't want to think about it. She left Kyle by going into her room.
Lucy prepared that her friends since high school would not wait too long for her, which was often too late when she promised.
