Chapter 1: diary entry one: meeting of blacklight and entering the first world
Diary entry one!
The first time I met that entity I had only seen it in what I thought was my imagination, when he asked me if I wanted to be one of his champions I agreed without second thought, of course this came with some wishes and a system. I truly did not know what I was getting into but I don't regret leaving my old universe and all those treacherous bastards that abandon me.
No one can truly understand what his name really is unless they exist on every plane of existence simultaneously so for those of us who are lower on the totem pole we simply call him BLACKLIGHT.
Blacklight told me I came from what is called a hub universe, hub universes are universes that are able to see other universes in their imagination which are usually turned into stories, videos, games you name it.
Finally it came to my wishes, I was stupid I could have asked for anything but believing it was a dream I decided to wish for a lower powered character that could become incredibly strong later and I wasn't careful with my wording.
The void between worlds.
???: "So you're saying I get four wishes?"
A being made of black light nodded with a roll of what could only be described as his eyes as he sat on a recliner that glowed with more power suppressing ruins in every conceivable dimension and even those that weren't conceivable.
Blacklight: "yes dumbass, now what do you want? This chair won't hold out for much longer."
True to his words cracks were appearing on the runes that were restraining his suppressed power.
???: "Well this is a dream I can experiment… Okay my wishes are one To be reincarnated as Momoko Akatsutsumi with all the powers of the Powerpuff girls from the original, the anime and that disgusting reboot without the downsides and not having my physical form change! Two A system of my own design, specifically the one I created when I wanted to make a Powerpuff girl fanfiction and since it's not finished I'll let you do that, three Infinite potential and unending power growth. And Four eternal youth because I don't want to die of old age!"
Blacklight: "wow you are a greedy little thing aren't you~"
Blacklight said this with a smirk before thinking 'this little shit needs punishment for being as greedy as he is… oh I know~'
Blacklight: "okay I'll Grant you those wishes but I will choose when your eternal youth activates and you will have to work for the Powerpuff girl powers that aren't from the anime~ hope your mind survives the pain of your transformation!"
You could practically hear the smug attitude from the being known as blacklight as it snapped its fingers and the person fell to the ground screaming in agony the transformation was slow and every cell in the person's body felt like it was on fire. the bones cracking, reshaping and condensing, the blood in their veins feeling like magma replaced their blood and if it wasn't for the fact that the human mind naturally tries to defend itself the psyche of the person would shatter like glass.
Finally after hours of agonizing screams the person passed out on the floor and another snap could be heard as the clothes the person was wearing before shifted into a red bow, A short, long sleeved shirt with a heart icon, and the shirt that barely shows her stomach along with a navy skirt which was block-like, her shoes became fuchsia and white sneakers, with ankle-high white socks underneath. She had a belt which was white with lots of gold buckles and the PPGZ sign, that lies sideways across her waist, unlike the normal way to wear a belt, which is around the waist. The person that was now Momoko looks like a young, thirteen year old girl with light skin and pink eyes. Her hair having become ginger with neat cut bangs, reaching almost her feet because of the red bow she now wore. it would be almost floor length if it wasn't currently worn in a ponytail.
Hours later she woke up to a floating screen above her which said [achievement unlocked-is that all you got?

Momoko: "that is by far the most useful skill I have so far…okay let's see what the hell I have! System?"
System: "hello blacklight champion what can I help you with?"

Momoko stared at her stats for more than 20 minutes with her mouth hanging low before finally she reacted.
Momoko: "what the absolute fuck!"
System: "did you not wish to be momoko? These are her starting stats!"
Momoko just continued to stare at the screen her eye twitching, before finally she took a deep breath to calm herself down.
Momoko: "Okay okay I can deal with this. Could you tell me how powerful I currently am?"
System: well your Attack Potency is Human level in your civilian form and Likely City Block to City level in your hyperblossom form, for speed it's Average Human with Relativistic reactions in your civilian form and Supersonic to hypersonic in your hyperblossom form. Your Lifting Strength is Average Human in your civilian form and At least Class Z in your hyperblossom form. As your Striking Strength is average Human Class in your civilian form and Small planet Class in your hyper blossom form. Your durability is Human level in your civilian form and Small planet level as you can Tank your own attacks in your hyperblossom form. Your Stamina is High, as you can survive a few days in a straight-up fight with someone on your level."
Momoko: "again I say what the absolute fuck!? I mean sure I only watched like the first season or two of Powerpuff girls z but I didn't realize they were this powerful!?"
System: "would you like to check your skills now?"
Momoko: "okay sure fuck it!?"
Momoko then had her skill and perk sheet show up.

Momoko: "okay so I have gamers mind and body along with a lot of the passives being maxed so no surprise there I kind of figured observe would be level one but why is world travel and the instant dungeon locked!? And why are all the other skills level 1!?"
System: "I'm sorry but black light thought that having those at the beginning would let you become too overpowered to soon and you have never used the others so why would those skills be higher than level 1?"
Momoko: "that makes sense and I hate that that makes sense…but at least the language one isn't level one…"
After a few seconds momoko got a curious thought before asking.
Momoko: "system why does it say pink energy and not something like Powerpuff energy or z Ray energy or chemical x energy?"
System: "that's quite simple black light hearing your wish to not have the weaknesses of any of the Powerpuff girls decided to create an entirely new energy that would give you their powers without the weaknesses, coincidentally any bloodline, skill or really anything that needs energy to be used will be converted to using pink energy and any energy you acquire will be absorbed into the pink energy giving it the abilities of the energy you acquired!"
Momoko: "okay that also makes sense…I guess?"
After a long minute of silence the system finally had enough.
System: "…would you care to check out the other tabs?"
Momoko instantly brightened up as she nodded, the system then pulled up the tabs panel.

Momoko: "why the hell are so many things locked!?"
System: "for one you do not have any black light points and two you have no friends."
Momoko actually growled in frustration as she couldn't even use any of the stuff she had in there to hyper level herself or unlock things quickly.
The next few hours were spent in a blur as she went through descriptions and her skill trees which were split up and complicated.
Time skip-
Momoko: "well that's done and I didn't realize he was such a bastard."
System: "by the way, due to the low level this world is, 90% of your power has been sealed."
Momoko: "fuck…"
Momoko finally got up and dusted herself off, she looked around her and saw that she was currently in a park and started looking around finding that the place looked uncharastically dull and she saw something that made her eyes go wide.
She watched as a group that she was familiar with started heading to a swing where another teen was sitting.
The teen sitting alone had a thin face, knobbly knees, black hair and bright-green eyes. He wore round glasses and was wearing raggedy clothes. And the group approaching had what she could only describe as a fat bastard leading them.
Mmoko soon heard a Ding sound and saw a panel float into her vision.
