Chapter 89: Chapter 89: Thanks and Choosing Future Member
~Third POV~
After Daphne caved in she began to tell Tatsumi and Hinata where she kept the secret project that she planned to use to destroy Magnolia with her artificial dragon called the Dragonoid.
Dragonoid: A mechanical Dragon that bears a resemblance to the Dorma Anim.
This Dragon is capable at least of flying like a true one and is expected to be capable of firing fire as well. This armor takes on a Dragon Slayer's Magic as fuel and has a complex system that allows it to regulate the Magic flow to avoid an overload. It is also quite resilient as it took attacks from many Fairy Tail Mages, and even if it was enough to hinder briefly, it took no visible damage.
This was shown when she pleaded her life and freedom of not wanting to be dead from Tatsumi threats to not be killed or be sold as a sex slave for life in Bosco which certainly surprised the two members.
Although to Tatsumi it made more sense since the Fairy Tail world isn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows in his eyes. If anything, it's just like his world but with more magic firepower and bigger threats.
A prime example of this would-be Rosemary village is depicted as being a simple, tiny rural village, where Erza, Simon, and Kagura resided. The village was subject to the hunting of child slaves led by a cult worshipping Zeref for the completion of the Tower of Heaven and was burned down many years ago.
Whatever happened to the parents in that village were more than likely killed off when the slavers killed and hunted children in that village. Or when a Demon attacked Gray's hometown where everyone died and he the sole survivor survived.
Tatsumi seeing this he used [Pocket] to take it away from her base into his inventory as Daphne didn't question it since she is used to seeing magic items. She swallowed her spit as she hoped to be spared.
Tatsumi looks at her coldly as he ponders something then giving some thought to it he asked everything he wanted to know from her, "Hmm… give me notes about anything related to your research about Fairy Tail, your notes about their magic, and most importantly the info you have on you."
Daphne nodded her head vigorously as she agreed to his demands as it took a few days for them to wait and in that time Tatsumi has gotten himself ready to finally use one of the stubborn Teigu's that was a big pain for him. But with thanks for his weapon [Pain] increasing his everything including Haki it forced the Teigu into submission into a few days…
The Teigu in question was none other than the March of the Undead: Yatsufusa.
While he did bully the Teigu [Gaea Foundation] he made efforts to conqueror [Yatsufusa] first before he went ahead to tame [Extase] and [Murasame].
But the information and items he got from Daphne were incredible as well…

~Tatsumi POV~
Incredible.
There are no short words for it how much Daphne has obtained in her life as well as her research notes about Fairy Tail Guild magic castors magic as well as the notes of creating the Lizardman to be adaptable.
But not only that apparently for every town, city, and village she attacked she ransacked the place of all valuables including Jewels, Lacrimas, and magic equipment some identical to the ones in Fairy Tail Erza Scarlet arsenal.
Impressive.
I would say she earned her right of becoming the bandit queen but what I got from her about the info about this is true then I need to visit Sun Village next to get the fresh corpse in that area that is very, and I mean VERY powerful…
Atlas Flame.
Created long ago by the Dragon Atlas Flame, the Sun Village is inhabited by Giants, massive humanoid beings who are several tens of times taller and larger than humans. The Sun Village's population is known to worship Atlas Flame, who, to the villagers, is known as the Eternal Flame, an ever-burning flame that grants them protection.
The Sun Village is located in one of Fiore's desertic areas.
Surrounding it is several large, elongated rocky formations, jutting up from the ground and extending their slender shape towards the sky; smaller rocks are found throughout the place. Despite its position in a desert, trees grow freely in the village's vicinity, even creating small forests.
But the key fact remains though is that the body of the dead dragon is still frozen solid in that Sun Village and with my [Yatsufusa] I could reanimate it back to the living as an undead using its skills when I attack it using the Teigu.
Then there was the current info of her spying the Fairy Tail guild as of recently added the newest member to their guild Lucy meaning the plot already began and in a few days the attack towards the fairies would happen.
Meaning we have about a few months left before the guild war happens and we have plenty of time before such an event happens… that means we have to make sure to attack them first before Fairy Tail gets the chance.
Better to read the wizard monthly magazine for more information but till then we have time to spare and future game-breaking items to take and steal along the way.
Shaking my head of those thoughts for the time being Daphne stood there shaking at us as Hinata looked at Daphne as she bowed her head. Hinata replied to me in a serious tone of voice as she spoke, "Tatsumi-san… I'll leave the decision up to you on how to handle this woman. All of those items are helpful and the tools, but she got them from killing those beneath her… I'm fine whatever choice you give her…"
While I'm a big hypocrite here that I kill people and steal from them we already achieved our objective in getting supplies and the spell from her the people of the City Without Sound should be good as new now.
And she did give us all of what she has, and I did say I think of what I do to her once I get everything, I need…
Do I have it in me to kill this woman… she looks at me in fear of my question as her eyes widen with tears streaming down her face…

Yes, I would in a heartbeat.
Last I checked I ain't a simp for girls and she is in my way, but her ability is useful…
As corpse when I stabbed her using the Teigu [Yatsufusa] into her heart as shock flashes over her eyes as she responds to me as blood leaves her face, "What… I did everything you say… but I still get killed…"
Swiping the blood away from the dying Daphne as her eyes fade away I respond coldly to her as I spoke, "While you are useful Daphne I don't need something like you to ruin me in the back or the shadows wanting revenge. It's best that you were dead to ensure we never cross into each other again. But hey at least in the afterlife you'll help me out as the weak don't have the choice right?"
As the eyes fade away declaring she is dead my blade activated as I wanted to use her as my puppet as a coffin suddenly emerged and consumed her corpse as I then felt some energy drain from me but that was when it returns as the coffin leaves.
Ok, that was certainly interesting but at least I have a dead wizard as a puppet as Hinata looked surprised as I began to explain to her how the March of the Dead: Yatsufusa worked and explained best to have a wizard-like her on our side.
She agreed to it when she was reminded how it was similar to Edo Tensei as Saeko explained to her some techniques in her world and some spoilers in the process.
I nodded at this as Hinata asked me curiously enough as we look at the open sky away from Daphne's former base taking everything it had, "So then Tatsumi where do we go next exactly from here?"
As she said that I explained to her we have a few months before the fight of guild wars from Saeko explained to us as she nodded at this as she places her finger on her lip as she talked to me honestly curious, "Still though if we have that much time on our hands before the fight what should we do exactly in this world Tatsumi-kun? I mean with the Jewels that Daphne had it would be pretty easy to live for a few months."
Nodding my head at this I can agree that the amount of Daphne resources are plenty for us to live here for a few months and all the magical equipment in my [Pocket] and research notes about different forms of magic are valuable to me.
That and that dragon corpse isn't going to be standing there all day anyway so with that I explained to Hinata what we should do next as I spoke honestly of my intentions, "Hmm… how about we head towards Sun Village and collect the dragon corpse. With my [Yatsufusa] it would be easy for us to have a powerhouse in the future. Then after that maybe find a potential recruit for our group."
Hinata responds to my idea as she openly spoke my idea of what to do next with a nod as she grins happily of what's next, "Yeah maybe it would be wise to find someone to join our group chat. As for members though who would you think would be good to join us though with our mentality to consider."
Yeah, Hinata does have a point on that one who to join I was thinking of another guy to talk to the chat group, but I prefer not those fairy tail guys quite honestly though. Don't get me wrong I bet they're swell guys but they would try nice to join like Elfman, Gajeel, Gray, Makarov, or…
Pausing for a bit there is one person that does come to mind that could fill our role as Hinata looked at my expression as I thought more seriously on the subject as I think there are a few that could help fit that role…
Hinata then tapped my shoulder in concern as she asked in confusion as she spoke to me concerned, "Tatsumi what seems to be troubling you exactly you seem to have found your answer of who the person is but… you seem rather hesitate to add that person do you know who?"
Sighing out loud of my breath there does come a person in mind that could fill the role of the magic-user in our group chat than another fighter as I spoke my answer, "Sigh… I think there is one person that could fit that role of support and magic that happens to be Fairy Tail first Guild Master Mavis Vermillion but… the issue with that is dealing with Fairy Tail…"
Hinata looks confused as I thought to myself that Mavis would probably fit in our group as she has experienced firsthand war and is incredibly intelligent with her magic as well as strategy she could understand the group chat.
Having the Fairy Tactician would be helpful to have in the group chat and we can convince her if we warn her about the future in Fairy Tail and have her join. It would be simple as so long as it's in her guild benefit.
Mavis can also be quite carefree and reckless, and this side of her is shown when she allowed Jellal Fernandes to participate in the Grand Magic Games as a part of Team Fairy Tail B, as long as it improved their chances of winning, even though if anyone found out about the ex-member of the Ten Wizard Saints and escaped convict, it could be disastrous to the guild.
Another sign of her reckless nature is shown when she lent Fairy Glitter to Cana Alberona just to win the MPF event.
But first, we have to convince her when we free her body from the Lacrima first.
