Chapter 160: Defeating The Good

Annalise could feel her stomach twisting around itself as she hurried through the long passageway of the hospital. She banged her hand on the side panel of the elevator frantically.

Tears pooled in her eyes and she swallowed them back down refusing to let herself cry even though it was all she wanted to do, she refused to.

But still, her mind betrayed her straying back to the thoughts of what Nicolás had done. She refused to believe he had done something so unbelievably cruel but he had, it was obvious that he had. He had a vendetta vanish Luca for shooting her and even though Annalise knew he had done it deliberately, she still tried to understand him.

She had seen how Luciana had spoken to him and treated him and although it wasn't justification for what he had done, she refused to hate him but it wasn't the same for Nicolás.

He had harmed her brother and right now, she couldn't stand the sight of him.
