This world is a mixture of magic, cultivation, and technology.
Humans, beasts, gods, demons, and devils all live together in a neutral stance with each other or so it appears on the surface. Humans not willing to give away control, researched the past myth and legends to find the value of the words passed through centuries and millenniums.
Ultimately it leads to the creation of a society where technology and magic created something known as humans who became like a privileged class who could control magic-using technology without harming themselves.
Another kind of privileged humans were those who could use modern medicines to accommodate cultivation in their lifestyle and become cultivators in a world where resources were sparse.
