Finally, she was able to move and speak, pressing the raging beast to the ground as sticky blood pooled from his mouth and nose, her hands glowing with a brilliant gold colour as she pushed down on his chest, her hips riding over his pelvis, trying to ignore the hard lance pressing against her body. 

'I won't let him die... My knight will live!' 

A golden glint flashed across her emerald eyes as she watched Zell, donned in his black jacket and steel masquerade mask across her face. 

Several minutes passed as she poured her essence into his body, the wounds slowly closing while her body began to throb and fill violently with hunger.

'No... This cannot happen now... Focus Edelgard! He must be saved first...!'
