Rokojo Hotel. 7:30 PM
Kiryu entered the room quietly and flickered the light switch on.
He recalled the words the old man just said, and he murmured to himself. Lack of sleep? Not eating? But... Kiryu thought of Selia's actions since she became his assistant; she's always trying to make him lunch and make sure he is eating. Even though all the prepared food Lila made hasn't gone spoilt yet, Selia still wanted to make him food. When Kiryu saw her try to get up, he made his way over and laid the girl back down.
"How are you feeling?" Kiryu asked her.
"Head hurts.." Selia weakly murmured.
Kiryu moves her hair away from her face and brushes his hand on her forehead. She probably has a headache because of the fever. But, since she's a hanyou too. It was something he only discovered recently, but when he did; it made sense why she became his assistant.
A hanyou male being his assistant during this time wouldn't work, but a female would help soothe him in case he went out of control. A deep sigh escaped his lips. He wonders who arranged this though, even mother seemed surprised. Was it the old man?
His thoughts broke off as he saw Sujima-san at the door.
"- a girl they said with blue hair destroyed the main source."
"Blue hair, flames?"
"Yes sir, we found burned marks in the surroundings."
...blue hair? Kiryu thinks back to Lilas enthusiastic reaction when she showed him her new hair.
. . .could it be....
But flames..

Outskirts of town - Abandoned warehouse.
Lila looked around. Surely nobody saw that last part right? If Soichiro discovered that she had awoken her flames, then she'd never heard the end. Perhaps, he would even retract his statement about her entering the dream stars tournament and staying as the idol Kiku Ari.
As long as she remained using that title, Soichiro won't change any of his plans. However, it's different if he sees her flame. When she woke up to this power, it was during the end of the first week they parted her from Kiryu. She was training in the forest ...and then... A flash of red hair appears in her head and the body of a man.
Lila shook her head. No! Nothing happened. It couldn't have been. She ought to head back, the longer she stays here, the longer the darkness will consume her. Even if it was because of the risk of using her flames, she shouldn't have chosen such a faraway place. . .
Just as Lila was about to head back, she feels her vision go blurry. Lila suddenly heard loud beeping noises, the sound that echoed was far away, but it felt like it was directly against her ear. Hearing this sound, Lila wrapped her arms around her body, shaking badly. The powers she had just used seconds ago seemed to dissolve into nothing. This sound is dangerous. She felt the darkness trying to take over; the sound is weakening her. It's helping the darkness. Despite her dulled senses, she came up with this conclusion. It's trying to force that out.
'Hey, can't you hear it?'
'It's the sound of something entering your system.'
'You're so hopeless.'
'Didn't you notice?'
What's wrong with her? This seemed strange. It can't be her illness. What is it? What? A numbing sensation. Ah, she's felt something similar to this before. When was it? What time, what place? What was she doing then? Was she with anyone?
Flicker, Lila sees the lights flickering back and forth.
The voice kept mocking her.
'You're hopeless. But, if you're weakened... I can take over..'
'How lucky.'
Each second passing by seemed like an eternity when her blurred vision finally seemed to focus on something. At the center was an antique looking clock and there appeared to be someone standing in front, wearing a cloak. Is that the ring leader? She has to stop them. Each step, towards that person, seemed so heavy. It felt like weights were shackling her legs down.
Her blurred vision, the constant pounding sound ringing in her head, made it difficult and yet Lila continued to walk ahead. She was too focused on walking straight that she didn't realize the various objects collapsing in the background. Until the floor shook, and she loses her footing and falls. Did something hit her head, glass? She isn't sure. But she felt something heavy hit her.
Lila doesn't know how long she remained, on the cold floor; as the surrounding room collapsed. Her gaze remained on the spot where the clock was that person hadn't moved an inch; although the room was collapsing around them. Is it really a person? With a feeble attempt, Lila tried to draw up her flames again, but it was consumed in black. Throb. Throb. Even without a mirror, she knew her eyes were red. Not now. Not now.
It will take over. The ceiling crumbled.
And then the next, she heard a familiar voice.
"You moron! What are you doing all the way out here?!!"
The next, she was being lifted on the ground. The person's voice was filled with worry; as he repeated her name, the surrounding objects were being pushed back by his strong white light. Oh, it's Soichiro...
.............
When Lila comes too, she found herself in the car, quickly driving away from the scene. She immediately panicked and turned to the man next to her.
"Go back."
She didn't dare check the status of her injury.
Instead, she focused on the scene behind her. That was slowly fading away.
Soichiro's eyes twitched in annoyance, as he exclaimed, "Step on it."
Her first senior brother does as Soichiro instructs.
"No! No! We have to go back."
She's meeting Kiryu somewhere near there since it's a place where they can't be detected. Kiryu.
Soichiro doesn't scold her; instead, she felt heavy lips on hers.!!!! A rough kiss. Which she belonged to the person who is her benefactor. Lila pulled away and raised her hand to slap him. Soichiro was anything but amused at her rejection.
"No. You're not going back. Are you insane? You're coming back with me, and I'm teaching you what happens when you don't listen."
"I don't want to!! Soichiro, please. Let me go."
She wanted to see Kiryu so badly.
