Chapter 1: Chapter 1 : Meeting One Above All & Being Born
In the place where everything is covered in darkness a small fragile looking soul was floating about in the void.
"I don't seem to realize how much long I've been floating here. I do remember being a high school student and all the things the anime I've read I also remember the last moments before waking up here in the void after getting hit by Truck-sama while crossing the road." thought the little soul.
A few what seemed to be years to the little soul in the void where actually centuries made the the little soul grow into a very dense and strong soul. During those years the little soul memorized all the anime he watched before he was blessed by Truck-sama.
While looking back at his favorite anime , a portal opened up showing a humanoid figure wearing a kings crown and robe came out while having his face appear as a blur to our little soul.
The humanoid figure first looked impressed by the density and aura the soul was fluctuating before snapping out of his trance and addressing the little soul " Sorry for the delay I was rather backed up in work that I completely forgot about you" he said in a very casual manner.
Hearing him the soul of the man got a little irritated but kept his cool and asked " It's alright so who are you and what's this place suppose to be?"
Hearing the usual questions the humanoid figure looked towards him and said, " hoho rather calm rational one eh, For your questions I'm the One Above All who oversees all universes as for what his place is its the waiting area for souls who qualify to be reborn into their world of their choosing with 3 wishes but seeing as how strong your soul is you can get 6 wishes instead."
The soul got hyped hearing he'd get to choose his wishes and world to reincarnate into so he began by choosing his world which was Highschool DxD mostly because of the amount of women he could hook up with not to mention he always thought issei was a beta by not stepping up with so many women around him.

The little soul chose to look like Miyamura from Horimiya anime while a little taller with red hair.

In the Gremory Household, a huge event was taking place. The atmosphere was so tense you could hear the heartbeat of the person next to you no one dared to make a sound. The lady of the house Venelana Gremory was about to give birth and her husband Zeoticus Gremory was by her bedside.

"Push I can see the first baby's head!"
"Aaaaarrrrggggghhhh!"
Uwaaaa....Uwaaa the sound of a baby crying could be heard from the room.
"My lord, it's a girl a baby girl" with crimson red hair and blue eyes wrapped in a blanket is now being looked after the nurses in the room.
Now time for her twin to come into the world and after another 5 minutes a baby boy with the same color hair and eyes was born into this world. "My babies let me seem them" the twins were taken from their crib and given to their mother.

It's been 4 years since I was born and I been giving my new family a great load of surprises, first while I have the power of destruction I also have the affinities for all type of magic including outside systems of our faction which not only made Sirzechs bishop MacGregor call me a little monster but also made my sister Rias very competitive, which hopefully help her not be a spoiled princess like in the anime.
I also started to walk when I was 4 months old and talk little sentences at 6 months first words out of my mouth where "mama and fia" since the married women of the underworld are always in charge behind the scenes. A month after that I started reading books on magic after asking my mother for permission which only cost me a "Please Mama".
I also started to practice Kido from Bleach, Magic from FairyTail, and Breathing Technique from Demon Slayer, alongside also trying to mold my destruction magic into dragons, tigers, and weapons so that it could help me control my magic better while also increasing my reserves.
----In the Gremory Library----
Inside a grand library filled with books, there is a small child short crimson hair and a black shirt, black shorts , black shoes. He was reading books twice his size in the middle of the floor with more focus than usual for his age.
(Toshiro) "I see so this world has different concepts of magic than the animes in my grimiore which would be impossible to use in this world but thanks to my grimiore I will be able to use them without any changes besides using mana instead of the usual energy necessary for the said concept. Man can't wait to impress everyone with my magic later."
