Chapter 18: The new king of Asuras.
The defensive shields and the wall of water didn't make up much residence in front of his blade chains and it went through them easily and then pierced the body of the fish.
He doesn't care whose son the fish was and him being the son of a deva only made it much more easier for him to be killed.
" Puff Cough - Cough. w- what Is THIS " The fish shrieked loudly while flapping around in the water while writhing in pain.
Andhaka had also used some of his power of destruction with the attack and now it was rampaging inside the body of the golden coloured fish in front of him.
Andhaka flew to his back and gracefully took the baby in his hands and his eyes widened with shock and surprise as the child had a third eye just like him which meant that he was also a child of Shiva.
He was able to feel the huge amount of raw power of destruction inside the child.
This kid's power of destruction was many times better than his when he was a child and a smile bloomed out on Andhaka's face.
As he doesn't know how come a child of him was floating in this ocean but now since he had found him then it's upon him to take care of him after all he was a big brother to this child.
" Let's give you a name. Since I found you in the ocean then let's name you something which connects to the ocean. " Andhaka thought while rubbing the cheeks of the sleeping baby.
" Ahh. , how does the name Jalandhara sound? It's good. so from now in your name shall be Jalandhara. " Andhaka spoke with a little smile on his face while looking towards his baby brother and then he rocketed back towards the place where the other Asuras were.

And as for the fish, he will most probably die and even if he survived luckily, even then what could he do to Andhaka as it was a literal small fry and Andhaka naturally didn't put him into his eyes.

The other Asuras looked at Andhaka who had come back with a baby in his hands and had a look of questioning on their faces but nobody dared to say anything other than Shukra as Prahlada was still unconscious and the fear of him hasn't settled down fully in their hearts.
" Andhaka who is this child. " Shukra asked with curious eyes as he can feel that this child was in no way a normal child which Andhaka picked up due to having a kind heart because he didn't have a kind heart for others, to begin with, so there must be something special in that infant baby which drew the attention of Andhaka.
" He has a third eye and also has the power of destruction and more importantly I feel that he and me, are connected by blood so you should be able to guess who it was? "
Andhaka's words sounded louder than the blast of an atomic bomb as It was no big secret that Andhaka was a child given to the Asura king by Lord shiva so it meant that the child was also a son of Shiva like Andhakasura.
They looked at the kid with excitement and respect as he was most likely going to be treated like Royalty from now since Andhaka has decided to take his weight upon his shoulders.
" So what do you plan to do with him? " Shukra asked while looking at Jalandhara with interest as the child gave him nearly the same vibes as Andhaka when he saw him.
And maybe it was his instinct or a teacher's eyes but he was sure that apart from Andhaka this child was above all the people he had seen in the matter of talent and potential and so he was quite excited to start teaching him all his knowledge.
He wasn't able to teach Andhaka everything as he was ' Killed ' before his practical lessons begin and now it doesn't look like he will be needing them anymore and in Prahlada's case he has mostly only taught him political knowledge as he was trained by the Sage Narada during the time when he lived with him and then he was blessed by Vishnu so he was quite excited to find a new and talented prospect.
" Old man he is still a kid and you will have to wait for at least two or three years before you start teaching them. " Andhaka chuckled while looking at his teacher.
" Well we are wasting too much time and Prahlada also needs some medical care so let's go. "
Svarbhanu spoke while waving his hand and a circle appeared below them and it started to rise up and finally disappeared after engulfing them.

[ Pataal Loka. ]
" Hey, why do you think we are called here? " A random asura asked another random Asura who stood beside him.
" How would I know, but seeing that nearly all the Asuras have gathered here it seems like something big must have happened. Are we finally going to attack those bastards? "
" Hehe I hope so, finally that idiot king of ours must have gotten some little intelligence and pride in his mind. " one Asura spoke while clenching his fists with experiment.
" Finally we have the chance to regain our glory and once again reinstate the Golden time of The Asuras. " The Asuras we're talking about such topics excitedly and didn't notice the familiar pattern of some Asuras around the Crowd.
" You are still as Shrewd as ever, isn't It Svarbhanu, " Kalanemi turned his head sideways and looked at Svarbhanu who looked at the crowd with a smile.
" well, it's not like I am spreading a lie. I am just boosting up their morale a little bit before the talk so that they can cheer nicely and don't cause any embarrassing scenes just like what happens with Prahlada most of the time. " Svarbhanu chuckled with Satisfaction evident on his face.
His hands had been itching to get red from some deva blood since his father and the previous Danava king Viprachitti were killed by the devas during the battle.
So as long as he gets the chance to attack the devas he will be ready for nearly anything but he isn't so much foolish to attack the devas single-handedly as it would only mean the end of him and that was the reason he was has been waiting until now for the right opportunity to appear and now since it was in front of him how can he let it go.
So that was why he was in full support of his big cousin and was doing his best to fasten things as much as he can and do not let any kind of problem stand in front of Andhaka's way.
Kalanemi looked at Svarbhanu with relief as Svarbhanu played many such tricks during the time of Prahlada's rule just it was for insulting him and not supporting him as he was doing now and He was relieved to see that Their cousin really seemed to care about Andhaka being the king.

" The Guru ( teacher ) of Asuras is here. " The area which was previously buzzing with so many voices instantly quietened down and became a pin drop silence zone with no voice and no sound whatsoever except for the voice of his sandals hitting the floor and his stick touching the ground.
All the Asuras whether they be at Cannon fodder level or God class level they all looked at Shukra with some excitement and a large number of questions in their eyes.
Shukra walked up to the throne podium in between and turned to look at the large Crowd of Asuras in front of him
" Today I would like to share every happy and exciting news with you all. The starting period or the early period was arguably the best of our race and it reached its peak during the reign of King Hiranyakshipuu but in recent years we have regressed due to a mixture of some unlucky decisions and bad circumstances. This is bad but not everything can stay the same for all the time, first, it was our time and now it is the devas time and then to once again get back to the top we would need something, something which can spark life and excitement into our nowadays sad faces. So what I am going to tell you now may seem surprising and unbelievable but it is the truth. The First-ever Crown prince of Our clan, The Child gave by Lord Shiva himself to the first Asura king, PRINCE ANDHAKASURA IS STILL ALIVE. "
For a moment the whole crowd became quiet as if comprehending and digesting Shukra's words and then a hurricane of whispering and questions broke out. It was quite chaotic but Shukra didn't mind it too much and looked at the Crowd of Excited Asuras.
" I know you all have many questions so I will let you ask them directly to the person we are talking about. "Shukra spoke while signalling them to calm down.
Andhaka stepped forward from The shadows and made his way towards the podium where Shukra stood.
The Asuras were easily able to spot him walking toward the stage and they broke out in gasps of shock and excitement.
Many of the old Asuras have seen him and they remembered how he looked and they can't be mistaken after seeing his blazing red eyes and various red coloured tattoos on his body.
Andhaka ignored the sound of whispering around him and continued to walk toward the stage without getting affected by anything.
Once he reached the stage he turned his face towards the crowd and spoke in a domineering tone.
" Some of you may know and those some who do not know me will know me in future. My father, uncle, and aunt were killed by Vishnu and my mother had become an Ascetic while all this time I was trapped in a dark place because I was despicably stabbed at my back by the Cowardly Indra, And since then our Asura race has been hit by bad things and injustice at nearly every point but not anymore. Now I have returned and I vow to take revenge on the gods for all their betrayal and backstabbing they have done to us. I know many of you may be thinking that I am just spewing all this because of anger without proving my strength and all but I would like to tell you that I have already defeated the former Asura king Prahlada in a fair battle and have regained my kingdom and my place as the kings of the Asuras. "
Andhaka shouted loudly while his body started to give off a horrendous and terrifying amount of Aura which has started to cause trembling in the whole of the Pataal and it continued for some more time it looked as if a very large earthquake was gonna come.
He may be the previous crown prince but The Asuras respected the one with the strength so they were naturally more affected by his aura and display of strength rather than his words.
Soon roars and cheers which shook all of the Patala Loka started to rang around from the crowd of Asuras who celebrated madly and if deva saw them then he would have definitely died of a heart attack as along with happy smiles on their faces they also had a bloodthirsty and vicious look while thinking about the devas.
As they shouted in happiness, relief and excitement and their years of frustration were finally being washed away.
Andhaka looked at the happy crowd and he has decided that one day he will lead the Asuras to the top of existence and by top he doesn't mean only till the Three realms of Pataal, Svarga and Prithvi.
" First of all let me make something clear. We will have a war with the devas this is guaranteed but for that, you all will have to wait some more. I have just come back here after so many years of recovery and Meditation and I still need some time to adjust and understand how things work properly and the moment I am ready I assure you all that I will be the first one to rush towards the enemy ranks. "
Andhaka spoke with an apologetic face while trying to appear sad.
A delay was not a thing too sad or problematic for the Asuras as for so many years they have been sitting at home and it's not a problem to wait for a little more
as now they were at least able to see a ray of light and hope and the reason which Andhaka gave was also reasonable so the Asuras didn't feel any negative emotions for their new king over this thing.
" My brave warriors during this time I advise you to hone your skills and sharpen your weapons and during this time I will be imposing a lockdown in the pataal Loka, nobody from the outside will be able to come without going through severe checking and the same goes for anyone going out of the Pataal. I hope you all will understand the polite way or I can also use the hard way if you want. " Andhaka spoke while once again releasing his horrendous and daunting aura.
He wants to be people's favourite but what he will do is not an inch influenced by the people as this was not a democracy and there were not a group of peaceful people so even if you have any problem they can only keep it to themselves and not show any opposition publicly until or unless they have a death wish or they are confident in defeating him.
