Chapter 3: Hunter and the girl.
A group of leather clothed hunters were talking when one spotted a girl in the distance,"Another noble girl has run away from home I see~"
"Should I go and retrieve her? The noblemen would be quite happy if we aided,"said a young man who seem to have an air of greenhorn.
"No, noblemen are bothers and helping them will only lead to being involved with them," said a more experienced hunter.
"And such a young frail girl, she couldn't do us hard even if she was 10 years older," said the youngest hunter of all of them.
*Slap*
"A female could be a warrior with enough training, if you're so confident do you dare challenge the noble," said a female hunter who was angry at the comment.
"Don't encourage bothering nobles, that'll only cause us trouble," said the oldest hunter.
The young hunter feeling the adrenaline rush said," I will and show you how strong a hunter is compared to a simple noble," as he ran towards the young lady with bow in hand.
The young lady startled had backed away and yelled," Stop!"
The young hunter knowing no restrain, ran even faster and said,"Ugly noble lady, I challenge you to contests of skill and prowess."
The noble mistress angered by the comment said," Let's see who can lift the heavier rock."
The hunter smiled and grabbed a rock that was about a third of his size and lift it up to his chest.
But looking up, he saw the small girl who's arm looked like it couldn't even lift a rock a tenth of the size of his, lifted a rock at least twice as big as his.
He saw a rod being used as a lever and the use of magic and yelled," Hey that's cheating, this is a test of strength."
The noble lady replied with a sly smile,"No this was a contest of seeing who can lift the heavier rock."
The hunter annoyed by the technicality, took up his bow and said," you can't best me at archery," before hitting a trees from around 500 meters away tree times, with each arrow being within 31 centimeters of each other.
Then took up two more, but as the wind sped up, he missed both of them.
The noble mistress licked her thumb, gauged wind speed and distance, shot 10 arrows all of which landed within 10 centimeters of each other on a tree more than 600 meters away.
The hunter knowing he had no other choice, started to ram at the noble mistress with his arms in hopes that she would be overpowered.
He pinned her to the ground, believing his has basically won, he tried to slap the lady to show dominance, but the noble mistress had been trained in the art of sorcery, so his hand slipped on a patch of newly frozen ice and ice began to cover his legs.
This opportunity allowed the lady to strike his wrist dislocating ending the fight officially ending the fight.
The hunter obviously confused and bitter, chose to leave, but the noble mistress said,"You can't leave yet, not before you tried to slap me, there's still a game left."
"What?" the hunter questioned confused.
"You're a few years old than me right?" the noble mistress asked?
"Yeah?" the hunter answered still confused.
"Recite a line from your studies," she said proud with his non existent chest puffed out.
"Flames of the red inferno... dawn of the yellow sun... creation of the clear river... the god of the world rose from his sleep and created a plane of existence to rid himself of his boredom until his next reset was needed," said the hunter, considered about what he said.
The noble girl giggled,"Flames of the silver inferno,dawn of the green sun,creation of the diamond river, the three divines sold mortals the ability to grow and exceed limits. The silver inferno filled us with energy, the green sun revealed inner evils, and the diamond river provided us with all the material we needed to create this new world. The god of the world found this to be worthy and established us as lords of the land being able to control the world at will."
The boy stared confused and the girl replied,"Spoken magic incantation: Command bind."
His fellow hunters realizing what had happened, stood there stunned.
Knowing that her fellow hunter now had fallen under the control of the maiden, didn't know what to do.
The female hunter took the lead and said,"He got what he deserved, once he serves his punishment, he'll be set free."
The other hunters not wanting to challenge the nobles, agreed and decided to leave the young hunter in the care of the fair maiden.
They left quickly in case that the maiden wanted to deal with them too.
The fair maiden decided to release the spell shortly after saying,"Those without freedom are without life."
Then a large amount of mana released from the hunter, the maiden looked at him saying,"Such a beautiful color, what hidden talents do you have?"
This enticed the maiden...and the beast hidden within the woods.
The hunter still stunned by the spell, was struck by the beast.
Flying far above the maiden, the beast pounced and broke his previously dislocated wrist.
The maiden shot magic at the beast, but it absorbed it quickly and absorbed more and more from the hunter.
Leading to an mana explosion, as mana disparate into the air and the previously clear air became a blue fog. After some visibility came back, the beast's aura started skyrocketing, increasing beyond that of a mid tier monster...
It kept increasing and increasing and... a sword was stabbed through its heart.
The beast fell onto the plains as a knight of great valor and looks picked up the young mistress.
"DARLING~ DON'T RUN AWAY FROM HOMEEEE, DADDY LOVES YOU," said the knight who's noble aura completely disappeared.
The young maiden only stared shocked at the young hunter's body.
Realizing what had transpired, the knight retrieved up a medal and some herbs from a poach around his belt.
Healing the hunter's wounds and giving him a reward, before leaving with his daughter silently.
