John starts running at high speed in the direction of the Hospital. When he arrived there he showed his ID to the counter and ask where is Jena's room. The nurse tells him the Room Number and John starts Running in that Direction.
When he saw her state he immediately commands the nurse to prepare the Operating Theater, the Nurse looked at John with a weird look and ask " Sir, Do you have a license to prepare a Surgery for the patient?"
John Didn't get angry and understood why she was asking because he looked younger and life is on the line, Even though they own the Hospital doesn't mean they can just play with the life of the patient. John just show her his Medical ID and the Nurse Immediately Ready the theater room, she didn't question any further because she heard that the son of this Hospital owner is a Handsome Genius.
While all of this is happening Mira's Aunt is watching this with great interest because it's her First time seeing those Knife and Daggers and wonders what will they do with those little things. She watched John put those things in Water and Prepare the Woman that takes care of her niece.
When John Examine her he noticed that her Liver is badly damaged and frowned because her life is on the line if it didn't get fixed. He decides to Fully utilize the Medical God Experience. The Nurses and Doctors watching are Amazed at how fast his finger is moving and the cut on her skin didn't shed any blood.
John quickly removes her liver and uses his talisman immediately to put her in Time Stasis although it can only work within 30-seconds and drains Fifty percent of his mana. He Copied the whole structure of her liver and fixed the destroyed cells there including the damage inflicted on it. When John finishes doing all of that within 23 seconds, He put it back and Starts using Healing Talisman to close the wound.
All of that happened within a few seconds and Mira's Aunt watched it with amazement Because when John starts using the talisman the other people that helping him didn't see it nor notice it, all they saw is John removing the Liver and Changing it with a new one.
John walked out of the Operation room when Tina's condition got stable.
John sits on the bench While breathing Heavily and Mira's Aunt give Him Coldwater from nowhere.
John looked at Her and Drink the water after nodding at her.
"Piena"
"Hhmm?" John looked at Mira's Aunt with a questioning look.
"My name is Piena," Piena said to John.
John looked at her and introduce himself to " I'm John Lasterna, Nice to meet you,"
"Your name is so long, Can I call you John instead,"
"Sure, So?... Why are you suddenly here for Mira?"
Piena looked at John with a Guilty looked and wanted to hide the reason but she still said it.
"The whole Fairy Realm is in Turmoil due to Our Queen went missing and Mira is the only one who's carrying the royal blood of fairies that is why she's the next heir,"
John frowned because he think that Mira was too immature for Managing a Whole Kingdom.
"I can't let you do that, Mira is still Immature and she knows nothing about being a Queen,"
Piena nod because she plans to talk to the Elders about this problem, But they refuse to accept her reason until they saw Mira in their own eyes. She knows that they plan to control Mira but if she's under the protection of someone with power like John those Elders can't do anything about Mira.
John starts thinking about Mira and suddenly wonders why he didn't feel her Bloodline or Any power related to fairies, and Decides to ask Piena about this. " What happened to Mira Fairy power or her Bloodline from Fairies? "
Piena Looked at John Seriously and said " When her Majesty gives birth to Mira it's unknown to us why her power is gone and there's no trace of her being a fairy, But there's a Birth Mark on her back in the shape of two small wings, "
John suddenly remembers that she has a Birth Mark in the shape of wings behind her back.
John stand up in his seat and start walking and gestured to Piena to follow him.
Piena looked at John back and asked " Mister John, Can I ask you what is this? "
John looked where Piena pointing and saw a Car and thought that she got comfortable in his presence to ask him a question but he still answered her. " That's a Car, One of the inventions of humans," after saying that he detects the presence of Ai-chan his Shikigami, and Gives it an Order to change her Form into Sleipnir.
" Master, I changed my form into Sleipnir Based on your command," Ai said in the form of A supersonic motorcycle, made of "Orichalcum," with a maximum power of 16,770,000 horsepower, which can easily break the sound barrier if it's want to.
John set down on the Motorcycle and gestured to Piena to ride behind his back and placed her on his waist and said, "Hold on to me tighter if you don't want to fall," Piena followed his instruction with a heavy blush on her.
Many people looked at the two and thought that his Motor is cool because of its Appearance.

John Star driving so fast and Piena who's behind his back got scared due to their speed she hugs John tighter because she didn't want to fall at this speed.
The people that looking at them lately got surprised by their speed and thought that Motor got maintenance by the owner to make it run that fast.
John and Piena arrived at Mira's house within One-Minute due to their speed, and even the Traffic enforcers try to go after them but got left behind. They didn't even manage to picture his Plate Number.
When John entered the house, He saw Mira sleeping face and decide to leave.
When they arrive in front of his House gate he saw that guy again talking to his little sister Elaine, John decides to listen to their conversation because.
"Plss!... Accept My Confession to you! "
Elaine is looking at him as if he is trash and said. " I already said that, I already have a Boyfriend Many times! "
The guy didn't even give up and kneeled on the floor and said. " I will never leave this place until you accept my confession miss beautiful and I'm more suitable for you than that so-called boyfriend of yours,"
Elaine looked at him and wanted to kick him but stop herself, she just decide to punch him. when the guy lost consciousness she drag him away and throw him into the trash cans and said "that's what you got for insulting my boyfriend,"
John sighed when he saw that and help the man by cleaning him using a talisman and leaving him in the corner to sleep in there.
John saw Elaine still standing in front of the gate while she desperate the onlookers.
Elaine notice John and jump into his embrace, John caught her and said, " Why did you throw him in the trash? "
Elaine pouted because he is giving her a sermon but still apologize because she did is still too much but she just hates pushy people.
They just decide to head inside together. Piena is together with them and wonders if they notice her presence and Ai transforms back to her butterfly form and rests on John's shoulder.

After eating Dinner John headed inside his bedroom and decided after he finish to go inside of [True Library Of Heavens Path]
John never thought that he will enter his mind and saw that a huge ancient building that have a sign saying [True Library Of Heavens Path]
John walked inside and notice many shelves that have various types of books but moments later it began shaking as if asking permission for something.
John nod giving it permission and some of the books starts floating they have the name.

2nd Bloody Rain - a Slash that will take the form of red raindrops and hit the enemy no matter where they are.
3rd Element Immunity - a passive skill that will make the user immune to any Element attack.
4th Warp - The user will have the ability to Stun the enemy in their place.
5th Weight Control - The user can control the weight of the enemy and everything.
6th Heavens Slash - a slash that will stop the regeneration of the enemy with bleeding effect that can't be stopped as long as the user allows it.
7th Heavy Rain - a combination attack of Weigh control and Raindrop.
8th Ageless - the user will not age.
9th Lord of Element - All of the elements will combined and create a deadly attack. it will stop the regeneration of the Enemy and it can cut the fate of someone as long as the user wanted it.
10th Seeker - a massive skill that will make the user predict the enemy attack in 3 seconds.
11th - 20th: Need more mastery to learn.
John got shocked by how powerful and versatile those techniques but it needed some dedication and learning speed because he has [Transcendence Scythe] that's why he learned it faster and his body is not strong enough to withstand the 1st move including the other techniques.
John needed the Cultivation technique but he is already exhausted and decided to look tomorrow.
when John got out of his Mind palace he saw Rena drawing on his face using a permanent marker.
John opened his mouth and closed it because he can't utter a word and just asked " Why permanent market out of all things? "

John got confused than shocked and finally noticed that he become stronger, His capacity grows bugger, and His understanding grows leaps and bounds.
Rena looked at John with a sigh because he become strong again and suddenly remember the woman named Piena so she decide to ask. " by the way what do you think of Piena? "
John looked at her confusedly and said "She's a Sexy woman and kind of innocent of the world"
Rena nodded and said " So?... Do you like her?"
John looked at her and said " Nope, we just met lately that's why it's impossible for me to like her"
Rena found it believable and decide to not ask again.
" Aunt Jena is calling us to eat Lunch, "
John nod and decide to carry her, Rena blushes but she let him carry her.
