Chapter 1: Chapter-1
In an open field I am sitting on grass, thinking to myself that why did I have to die so soon. If I had been given a bit more time I could have conquered the entire world. There was only a little area left.
Suddenly a silhouette of light came closer to the man sitting in agony. 'It' asked the man, "How are you doing, Mr.Blackwood? Can you guess who I am?"
Mr.Blackwood replied, "Since I have died and am currently talking to a silhouette of light, I guess your God or some angel or the devil in disguise though I don't think I would end up in Hell."
"Your Guess is correct, I am God. I am deeply sorry that I have to burden you with a task but it is of utmost importance."
"What is it? and Why choose me?"
"Because you have the most potential out of all humanity, I mean If I don't choose The 'Emperor' then who will I choose? Your task is simple you will be sent to a world you know which is DxD and you will be sent to defeat the Beast and destroy it"
" I am a normal human, I can't take on a supernatural entity."
"I know that's why I'll give you some gifts, behold!"
Suddenly a large tablet appeared out of nowhere and it had something written on it which was,
1. Adaptability- You will be able to adapt to something extreme and evolve after experiencing it.
2. Learn- Be able to learn anything except genetic techniques and racial abilities. You also can't learn anything that doesn't befit your Race.
3. Demonic Counter- You have a strong resistance to demonic influences and abilities.
4. Potential- You will be given potential more than a super-talented human in anything.
5. Majesty- Befitting of a ruler, you have the charisma to influence and seduce others.
"And That is all. I hope you like it. I tried to not make you too overpowered since I know that you like a challenge."
"It's okay. Will you send me as a newborn or as an adult?
"You will see when you get there, bye. I hope you enjoy your time, at least this time"
I am flown away and disoriented. My vision becomes distorted and when it stabilizes I am on a bed staring at the ceiling. Look around the room for any clues and I know I am in Japan since everything is in Japanese. I went to the bathroom to see If my body changed but it didn't, I am still a brown man with black hair and black eyes. Suddenly memories start coming to me about this body. Looks like I have no parents and I have to attend that Kuoh school which has become co-ed tomorrow. In the meantime, I should wander around and train myself."
Saying that 'Emperor' or Mr.Blackwood went outside to have a run. He came across an empty park, He went there and did some exercises. After that, he continued running only to come across a church that had a priest in front of it.
"Hey, young man. Got any time for Christ? The man said.
"I don't Believe in Christ, old man."
"Oh, then What do you believe in?"
"I only believe in One God and nothing else."
"That's an interesting belief you have young man. I think we will meet again and if you need to find me just come here. My name is Vasco Strada."
"Okay, I will. My name is Patrick Blackwood. It was nice to meet you, I'll see you later."
After that, Mr.Blackwood went away to buy essential things. Being gifted by God to have a vast inheritance helps him in this fact. He entered his home and cooked his dinner. After finishing dinner, he sat down and contemplated the future.
I don't where to begin. Firstly, I should become stronger since I am too weak now. Let's put that adaptation to the test
Thinking that, he got a knife and slit his wrist. It recovered instantly. He drove it straight at his heart and retrieved it, this time the wound took 10 seconds to heal. He did it again and again until it also healed instantly. after that, he put his hand over a fire he made, and gradually he drove his hand down until the pain from heat was gone and only warmth was left. Seeing that night had come, He did 400 pushups and 500 pull-ups. He took a shower after that and slept.

Looking at the mirror, My name is Patrick Blackwood. I live in the posh area of Kuoh town. I have a great body, a magnificent mind, and a great life purpose. I was titled The 'Emperor' because I united almost all of the world's people under one nation which I named The Human Federation. Coming from nothing, this was a rags-to-riches story. Not a story but a reality. I have to now go to school wasting my time with people who have shit for brains. But I must be kind and humble. Such a waste of my time but it is important.
No sooner had he whined, than he set out for school. On the road, many young girls were looking at him since he was a foreigner maybe they were looking at him because he was exotic because he wasn't that handsome. At the school gate, two girls were standing. As soon as they spotted him, one came and asked him,
"Hello, my name is Sona Shitori. are you a transfer student from America?"
"Yes, I am. My name is Patrick Blackwood. It's nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too, Patrick. let me guide you to your classroom and I'll explain all the details."
And they went together, Sona guided Patrick to his classroom and told him to visit her after school. Patrick remarked that if Sona wanted she could call him Pat. She accepted. At the entrance, the teacher saw him and took him inside.
"Go on, Introduce yourself."
Walking to the center having all eyes on him, He said,
" Hello Everyone, my name is Patrick Blackwood. I come from the states and I hope that I find great people here. My Japanese is a bit cranky, so forgive me if i make mistakes."
Applause ran out for him after saying that.
"Okay, Blackwood. your seat is in that corner beside that red-haired girl."
I go to the seat next to the redhead and sit down then the teacher demanded silence. Everyone got quiet and focused on the teacher but only one girl. one red haired girl kept looking at me strangely.
