Chapter 48: I actually like wearing shirts

Hope hit Blake at the back of the head with as much force she could muster. She silently prayed that it was enough to knock him unconscious and to put Darniel back to sleep.

Before Blake could fall face down on the tiled floor, she quickly hugged his waist from behind and turned him so he could fall onto the bed before she runs out of strength.

He conveniently fell face first on the bed so Hope was able to evaluate the spot where she hit him on the head. She frowned when she saw the bump on his head and rubbed it, "I'm so sorry Blake, it's all Darniel's fault."

Hope never considered that he could appear that easily, she spent so much money to keep him contained and to add a new personality to counter him, but he still showed up only after Blake saw Emily dance that stupid choreography?
