Chapter 7: Chapter 7: Doubts
"I apologise for suddenly hugging you, Young Master." Adele said while releasing Alex from her embrace.
After getting out of Adele's embrace Alex greedily sucked the air into his lungs and looked at her breast. 'Damn, that melons are dangerous. To think they almost suffocate me to death. I really underestimate this world.'
Alex thought without showing any expression on his face.
"You don't have to apologise, Adele. In fact, thank you for that hug. I needed that." —To feel the softness of your boobs.' Alex said but the second half was inside his mind as he couldn't tell her that, at least not yet.
Seeing that Alex doesn't mind her hug, Adele let out a sigh of relief and continued.
"What I was saying is, you don't have to feel depressed about your talent and there are lots of people who don't have good talent but are still able to make a name for themselves."
"And If you have any doubt about talent, you can ask me. I am a Talent holder myself." Adele said leaving Alex's mouth open.
"You are a talent holder, Adele?" Alex asked Adele, Clearly not able to filter the information that he suddenly got hold of.
"Yes, I am a talent holder. Don't you know that?"
'No, I don't know that, If I had known why I would spend my time reading this dust-covered book. And why didn't the previous bastard not know about it.' Alex thought inwardly.
"What Talent do you have? Is it offensive, defensive, support or something categorised/Special." Alex asked curiously.
According to what role the talent plays, talent can be catalogued into four types—
First one Compact oriented talent or Offensive talent which as the name suggests has an active Offensive property, which can give the target damage.
The second one is defensive-oriented talent, which is a signature talent for those who aimed to become Knights or Holy Knights.
The third is supportive talent, which takes up the role of giving bluff to specified targets or to themselves.
The last is a special category, whose power can't be explained through the previous three. [Prodigy] is a fine example of such talent, which is possessed by Sylvie.
"I have a supporting talent, which helps me reinforce my strength," Adele said to Alex who is looking at her with his beautiful purple eyes. That seems to be able to uncover any secret she possesses.
But Adele felt weird because of Alex's stare as that look was not suitable for an eight-year-old boy.
"What is the name of your talent?" Still looking at Adele Alex asked. His question was filled with curiosity for knowing the name of the talent, which Adele possesses.
"It's not something that should say it loud Since it's you—Alex—I can tell you. The name of my talent is [Greater Strength] and it is a 3rd–sphere talent." Adele said to Alex.
From what Adele said, two things catch Alex's attention. First is the 3rd–sphere thing and second is—
"Why can't you say the talent openly? and what is that 3rd–sphere that you mentioned." Alex asked Adele with a child-like curiosity—technically Alex is a child.
Even though he read countless books in order to acquire sufficient information, this was something that the book didn't possess.
"In most cases, the name of the talent is able to indicate the type of power which it possesses. If I were to give an example, my talent—[Greater Strength]—as its name suggests it deals with strength."
"So often time, the name of the talent is kept hidden and only family members or close relatives will know about it."
"In a life or death battle, every piece of information is useful for us and the enemy. And 3rd–sphere is the rank of my talent." Adele said.
