Chapter 17: Fragrant Medicine Store's Problem
Not long after Cai Yixue left, Jia Hao got dragged away by two servant girls and made him take a bath. After that, when he came out, there was a set of red robes before him.
" Wait, Are we getting married right now?" Jia Hao was shocked when he saw that.
" Young Master Jia, Lady Yixue has instructed us to get you ready as soon as possible." One of the servant girls spoke with a smile.
" But why so sudden?"
" First lady said, we can use force if you delay the task."
Jia Hao was stunned when he heard that. He looked at the wedding robe as he touched it, feeling the silky surface of the dress.
' Hmm, So I am finally getting married after eight lives, huh?' Jia Hao became melancholic.
" Well, Why should I not celebrate this, huh? Thanks to those bastards, I couldn't live even one proper life. This time, I will change it." A smile appeared on Jia Hao's face as he looked at the sky.
As for why he passed Cai Yixue's test even after giving such half assed answer? It was too simple.
What Cai Yixue seeked wasn't a competent husband who would handle the Cai Family, but rather someone who doesn't do that.

' Hmph! She isn't nervous, so why should I?' Jia Hao calmed his heart. However, suddenly, his gaze fell on Cai Lingzhi, who stood beside her mother Li Rou.
Although she was smiling, Jia Hao could feel a strange sadness in her eyes.
' Is she feeling sad because I married Yixue after sleeping with her in the cave?' Jia Hao also felt strange as he looked at Cai Yunhai, who stood with his robust appearance.
Poor guy, he doesn't know that both of her daughters were snatched by the same person. However, if someone asked Jia Hao, he would rather prefer Cai Lingzhi over Cai Yixue.

After drinking the wedding wine, Jia Hao sighed. He finally confirmed that he was married.
However, not long after the pleasantries, the servant's words made everyone frown.
" Something happened in Fragrant Medicine Store?" Cai Yunhai was taken aback. " Why? What happened?"
" A large number of people from Anzu Village have come to our store. Many of them were unconscious with weak bodies, and some of them had sunken eyes."
" We tried to give them our brown gruel. However, it only made them throw up even more."

Old Yang stepped forward and knelt. " Don't worry, First Miss. I will do my best to protect everyone."
Cai Yixue sighed as she accepted reluctantly. Jia Hao got up and leaned to her. " Don't worry, My wife. I will solve this problem."
Not showing any expression, Cai Yixue watched Jia Hao go into the room to change back and leave with Cai Lingzhi and Old Yang. Although no one noticed any change, Cai Yixue's cheeks turned a bit red as her heart thumped by Jia Hao's words.
Sitting before Old Yang, Jia Hao and Cai Lingzhi, along with some Cai Family guards ran their horses towards the Fragrant Medicine Store.
When they arrived there, they could see a dozen or more people lying outside, with some people fanning them. Sunken eyes, unconsciousness, vomiting, and weakness, Jia Hao gasped at the situation instantly.
' Isn't that dehydration and diarrhea?'
Jia Hao thought inwardly. However, he could see some of them had a strange dark aura around them, thanks to his Sage's Divine Eyes.

Cai Lingzhi felt distressed as she saw the situation. Walking in the store, she looked at an old man.

" After eating, they should have gained some strength. However, they vomited instead and lost more of the water in their bodies."
" Is there no treatment?" Cai Lingzhi asked anxiously.
