It was tailor-made for him, if he were to drink the Moon Drip that is able to melt any magic his foundations will be destroyed and will be replaced completely with Ice God Slayer magic.
Instead of now coexisting together and always clashing with each other.
Lucy and the others arrived at the village and inform them about everything that has transpired. She then went ahead and summoned Virgo.
Virgo : You called princess??
Lucy : Ummnn.. I want you to create a few pitfalls to capture the enemies if they get the nerve to get close.

Just as she was about to execute her orders their opponents approached the village by air, and by riding a giant mouse, who was carrying a large bucket.
Attacker : Throw the full corrosive substance to destroy the village, Angelica.
When Angelica heard this which made everyone stunned that is was actually the rat it emptied the bucket over the village, Gray had the residents retreat to the center of the village and then he used his ice to redirect the jelly outwards.
Gray : Who the hell are you guys!!!
As the villagers evacuate, the one on top Angelica started giving orders to the others for retreat as their plan failed, at that moment but Lucy managed to jump on her back and tickled Angelica, causing the three of them to crash.
Lucy : Kyyyaaaaa...
Happy : Lucyyy!!!!
Happy immediately goes after Lucy while Gray faced off against the other guy and the kids with Erza and the rest took care of the minions.
Cana : 10 Jewels Gray will finish him in 2 seconds...
Ur : Oh?? 100 he will in a second...
Erza : Interesting... 1000 he will let his guard down...
Joe : A candy for losing...
Tina : A flower for winning...
Gray and the other guy who was hearing this were speechless about what kind of stakes they placed on them. Mira took it up a notch and said 1 second for losing his clothes...
Lisanna took it even further and Gray will lose instantly and placed 2000 jewels on it. All others turned towards her with half eyes before they heard her...
Lisanna : What?? There is a chance he is a hidden horse...
Mira was in disbelief from her sister but on one point none of them could feel his magic so either he was way too weak or super strong...
The truth is Gray thought the same in front of him was a lean-built, mildly muscular young man of average height with distinctive animal features: he has a pair of canine ears sitting on his head, a small dark nose and a lower face which is coloured differently from the rest of his body, bearing resemblance to a canine muzzle.
He has shoulder-length, straight brown hair, large round eyes with black pupils and dark eyebrows. Both of his biceps are adorned by tattoos, on the right one bears the kana (hiragana) Sashimi (さしみ), while the other was adorned by a single, more elaborated one.
He is bare-chested and wore an extremely loose pair of pants with mildly torn hems, held up by a long belt covered in many rhombs, with the part left out from its plain rectangular buckle hanging down.
Such pants bore a large, dark shield-shaped logo emblazoned on the right knee: this depicted a stylized skull, with a pair of bones crossed below it.
He has a red collar covered in hollow studs circling his neck, and donned a pair of simple dark shoes, each adorned by a light, stylized footprint, similar to that of a cat, or maybe a small dog.
Both looked at each other waiting for some kind of signal they were so many things at stake here... Especially when the Doggy figure heard about the candy.
