Chapter 29: Chapter 29 : Destruction?
"Wait a minute!! Didn't they get punished?!"
"Yes, Guild Master Eisenwald was indeed arrested, and the guild was ordered to disband. However, despite the disbandment order, most of the dark guilds continued to operate."
"I'd better head back…" Lucy's body trembled with fear.
"Happy" chimed in, "We're on it."
Erza, her expression murderous, declared, "I was too careless. Had I noticed the name 'Erigor' back then, I would have wiped them all out without hesitation!"
"Hey hey hey!"
Kyros interjected with a smile, "Well! There's no point in regretting what's past. Once we locate the Eisenwald guild and dismantle it, the issue will be resolved."
"Dismantle a guild?!" Lucy's eyes widened. This meant destroying a wizard guild. Why did Kyros make it sound as simple as squashing an ant?
"Ahahaha! Kyros, you must be joking…"
Before the laughter could fully escape, Erza nodded grimly, "Indeed. Those individuals must have nefarious plans if they seek Lullaby's magic. The Eisenwald guild must be eradicated entirely."
"Eh-! But it's just us few… and I'm hardly a formidable combatant." Lucy felt perhaps she shouldn't have come along.
"Happy" reassured Lucy with a pat on her shoulder, "Don't worry, Kyros and Erza are both exceptionally strong, and Natsu? He'll find it a piece of cake to take down a dark guild."
Lucy found some relief in "Happy's" words.
Right! Erza is renowned as the mightiest female mage in the Fairy Tail guild. Kyros is practically invulnerable to swords, and Natsu is as formidable as a beast.
Just as Lucy thought of Natsu, she turned around to find him missing.
"Not good! Natsu's gone!!"
Meanwhile, on the train…
Natsu battled with motion sickness. Stricken by it, he hadn't participated in the conversation earlier.
He followed suit when the others disembarked but had to lean out the window and ask them to wait for him.
Unfortunately, amidst the chatter, no one heard Natsu's faint voice.
As a result, Kyros and the others alighted, leaving Natsu behind as the train pulled away.
"Little brother, is this seat taken?" Kageyama asked, taking the seat across from Natsu.
"Oh, you seem uncomfortable. Are you alright?"
"Fairy Tail, a regular guild, how I envy you!"
Onebas Railway Station
"What's going on!!"
"I accidentally left Natsu on the train while chatting!! He's prone to motion sickness!! It's my fault!!"
"Alright, let's settle this with a fight first!"
"Okay, okay, calm down," Lucy hastily intervened.
"That's enough! Stop the train immediately!"
"What's going on?" The train station manager was bewildered.
"Fairy Tail is always like this!" Lucy grumbled, watching Erza argue.
"We stand up for our comrades. I hope you can understand," Erza explained.
"Please don't cause trouble! I can't stop the train just because a passenger missed their stop!"
Erza spotted an emergency stop signal switch behind the manager.
"Happy!"
"On it!" Happy understood Erza's signal instantly, and with a flap of his white wings, he pulled down the annunciator switch.
"Jingle Bell--!"
The bell rang throughout the Onebas train station.
"What... what's happening?"
"Did something go wrong?"
The waiting passengers buzzed with curiosity.
Handing her luggage to the station attendant, Erza instructed, "We're going after Natsu. Please take our luggage to the Chili Hotel."
The station administrator, confused but compelled, accepted the luggage despite the breach of protocol.
"This is chaos!" Lucy muttered, sympathizing with the station manager.
Kyros chuckled, "Well, that's Erza for you!"
Meanwhile, aboard the train with Natsu...
Kageyama remarked to Natsu, "Mirajane from Fairy Tail is quite famous. I see her in magazines sometimes. She's so beautiful!"
"Why did she retire? She's still so young."
"By the way, even though I don't know her name, I heard your guild has a new cute girl. Do you know her?"
"Hahaha!" Natsu didn't respond to Kageyama's inquiry at all. He feared he might vomit if he did. Vomiting was truly unpleasant.
If possible, he'd never opt for transportation again in his life.
"So many cute girls in the regular guild, it's really enviable."
"Our guild isn't feminine at all, so give us a share!"
"Just kidding—kick!"
"Aha!"
Kageyama kicked Natsu in the face.
"Why are you ignoring people? You're discriminating against the Dark Guild!"
"Huh?" Natsu opened his eyes and swatted Kageyama's feet away.
"Oh! You finally spoke, ahahaha!"
"You... you... what are you doing?"
