Chapter 18: Escape?
"STOP!".
It's not Su Li that shouted. But it was the boss from the restaurant Su Li was at. And right now, he looks really angry.
"You haven't learned your lesson, do you? you brat!", he walked out from the crowd and slowly closing in on them.
"Y-y-you!, d-don't come closer!", the Lu young master pointed his finger at the boss shakily.
"Hmph", The boss didn't care and steadily walking to him.
"I said don't come here! or I'll kill her!", The Lu young master took out a knife from his sleeve and aim the knife at Huang Xue's neck.
It was only then, did the boss stopped walking. But his anger didn't decrease a single bit, instead, it became fiercer.
"If I see a drop of blood from her, I'll take a sea from you!", The boss pointed his finger at him.
The Lu young master was really afraid that he unconsciously jumped backward but he forgot that his knife is still aimed at Huang Xue's neck. If it follows the trajectories then Huang Xue's neck will be sliced in two.
Su Li noticed that and panicked, her mind quickly trying to figure out how to save her. But the longer she thinks the closer the knife to Huang Xue's neck.
When Su Li was in despair, her mind went blank and the scene changed.
She saw a woman sitting on a chair in the middle of a snowy mountain, surrounded by thousands of people, each carrying a different weapon. While the woman herself only has her fist.
It seems like they were talking but Su Li cannot hear what they are saying. It was only until the woman smiled.
She smiled with a carefree expression and she looks really beautiful with that smile. But the people around her don't seem too happy and their faces distorted.
The woman said, "Since you want to know the secret of eternal destruction that much, then I'll let you taste it first hand", Then she stood up from her seat and lightly punched.
It was a normal punch without anything around her, but when she finished punching the place went silent. After a while, the people around her started to decay, from feet to their upper body. And after a while, there is no one left, except the woman.
"Ah... I overdid it again", the woman lightly sighed.
"Well, I guess it's time", the woman suddenly looked at Su Li and suddenly arrived in front of her.
"The first seal seems about to be broken", the woman lightly smiled at her.
"Well, good luck", The woman lightly touched Su Li's forehead and the scene changed once again.
She returned to the moment when Huang Xue about to be hurt. Looking at the distance between the knife and Huang Xue's neck getting shorter and shorter.

After that, she saw Su Li was staying in a punching position then she realized that Su Li was the one that does it.
Su Li herself was stunned, she didn't expect to do this at all. She only has one thought at that time, that is to save Huang Xue. Then, her body moved on its own, with a single word that follow and was heard by her.

Though she was afraid of what just happen, she was grateful that Huang Xue seems untouched by that strange thing that just happens.

Unable to hold the pain, she fainted.
Before she touches the ground, four hands came to hold her. Li Yun and Xiao Ling gently hold her in the middle.
"Su Li what happens?", Xiao Ling anxiously shook her.
"Stop shaking her, she just fainted", Li Yun on the other hand calmly checking Su Li's pulse.
"Are you sure?", Xiao Ling questioned.
"...my father is a doctor", Li Yun mumbled.
"Huh?", Xiao Ling cannot hear what she's saying.
"Nothing, I'm sure she just fainted", Li Yun ignored her.
"Fiuh, that scared me", Xiao Ling let out a breath.
At this time, after making all the spectators leave, and closed the door. The Boss and Huang Xue both came to them.
"What is going on?", The boss inquired.
"We don't know", Xiao Ling shook her head.
"She exhausted a lot of her power, she won't be waking up in a short time", the Boss said after looking at Su Li's situation.
"Will she be fine?", Huang Xue asked with a worried expression.
"She will be fine, she just needs a lot of rest", the Boss said.
"Are you okay?", the Boss turned to Huang Xue and asked.
"Yes, she saved me", Huang Xue keep staring at Su Li.
"You can thank her later, for now, we have to go from here", the Boss said.
"Why? isn't this her store?", Xiao Ling confused. Su Li already tell her about Huang Xue and her store.
"Young lady, that guy just now is the young master of the biggest clan of this city, and although I'm not afraid of their retaliation, I'm worried about the four of you",
"Then, where should we go to?", Xiao Ling asked.
"We can leave for another city but I'm afraid we cannot bring her when she's unconscious", the Boss looked at the unconscious Su Li.
"I know a place, we can go there to wait for Su Li to wake up", Huang Xue said.
"Don't tell me, you want to bring them there?", the Boss was surprised by her decision.

"Where... are you going to bring her to?", Xiao Ling asked.
"I guess it's fine to tell you since you would know it later", Huang Xue took a deep breath.
"I am the daughter of the sect master of hidden star valley, and the one supposed to be the next sect master".
"But, if you are a sect master daughter and the next one in line, why are you here and being threatened without a fight?", Xiao Ling didn't really believe her but because of Su Li, she has to.

"Because my mother was afraid that I would be captured by evil hands, she left me in this city when I was 6, and she ordered uncle Kazakh to stay here and protect me", Huang Xue said.
"I was adopted by the Xi family and I thought that they are a kind family, but it was only until I was 12 did I realize that they only adopt me because of my beauty".
"The only one kind to me is my foster grandfather, he was really weird but kind. He always rejected the matching but Unfortunately, he died when I was 20 and so, the matching happens", Huang Xue said with a look of reminiscing.
"Luckily, he left me a shop to manage, which become my source of income. This shop let me be independent but I still cannot run from the family", Huang Xue ended with a sigh
"That... is a lot, I'm sorry", Xiao Ling actually felt really bad for making her remember the bad memory.
"It's okay", Huang Xue smiled.
"Young miss, we need to leave now else it's going to be too late", Kazakh on the side interrupted.
"Let's go, there is a tunnel inside that leads outside the city".
But before they could move, a huge pressure weighed upon them.
Then a hoarse voice sounded, "After killing my grandson, you want to escape?!", the voice sounded chilling and evil.

But I DEFINITELY DID NOT accidentally delete a huge chunk of the chapter and have to redo it. Yup. nothing was deleted, yup.
