Chapter 144: Obsession

  Marvin watched footage of Eris in the garden. Her unmatched eyes were perfect, but he remembered well that Eris should have silver hair. However, whatever the color of her hair, he liked it. He sighed as he remembered their lunch date with the fake family. He was hoping to hold her and reach her face~~but that damn man was prohibiting him. He will do everything to get Eris back. 

"They knew who you were, Marvin," Adrian said as he sipped on his champagne. 

"That's my intention," Marvin said. "I think they knew my intentions as well." He leaned on his seat. "I want my bride back. Make sure that you keep the Dragon Empire occupied. I will have my bride soon." 

  Adrian laughed as he shook his head. He stood to leave. 

"Happy New year, Marvin. Good luck with that."
