Chapter 28: Chapter Twenty-Three: Reverse The World William Part #2
William POV
"Time Alter: Quadruple Accel!" I chant out after dodging another chain strike from the woman her chain takes time to pull back therefore, I should have more than enough to land a couple of blows.
My arms moves at an intense speed I feel like my limbs may just blow off but even so I must continue to fight.
My fists land on different points of her body mainly the torso and abdomen I winced feeling her chain sickle piercing through my left thigh.
Time Alter is released down slowly my lungs inhaled the air greedily but even so I could see that my assault combo had done some level of damage.
The sickle on my thigh vanished leaving a steady stream of blood running down my leg.
Meanwhile the unknown servant herself was feeling a lot of pain from the strikes that I had managed to land on her I could tell based off the sharp intake of her breath.
It shouldn't be this easy to place this much damage on her I thought remembering the intense difficulty I had just by trying to keep up with Lancer.
"I will admit that you were quite good boy, but all things must come to an end now my master wishes to be rid of you quickly," said the unknown servant my eyes narrowed into a fierce glare "you can tell that bastard Shinji that I am not going down and when I do see him, he'd better confess about what he did to Ayako if he wants to keep his life," I replied.
The servant chuckled before launching herself forward at speeds that were a bit faster than Lancer my breath hitches as I quickly try to block and redirect her legs from blowing my head off.
My reinforced eyes couldn't keep up with her and before I even knew it, she had managed to land a strong kick to my stomach launching me back into a tree, but I wasn't even given enough time to recover because in that next moment the woman grasped my neck slamming me into the ground.
I barely managed to activate reinforcement in time to tank the blow otherwise my spine would have surely shattered from ferocity of that blow.
I gasp trying to get some air into my lungs "you were strong young one but not even a human can keep up with a servant forgive me for this," she said with hint of remorse I coughed releasing a spray of blood "f-fuck you!" I spat out.
With a sigh the woman raises her sickle piercing my heart...or at least it should of but at the last moment I had managed to use one more technique it wasn't exactly perfected, and it came at a great cost of my mana.
The sickle is raised aiming for my heart time alter field deployed I thought expanding the psuedo bounded field out until it engulfed at least a quarter of the area my perception of time is slowed enough to see the sickle coming in slow motion.
"No can't di-die here yet can't leave everyone behind l-like this Time Alter: R-reverse...C-chronos," I barely managed to chant out my mana was being drained at a fast rate but now I could see everything be reversed.
The field I had unleashed was reversing time back to certain moment I could feel all other damages that were inflicted on me reverse back making the pain vanish.
"What magic is this?!" the servant exclaimed noticing that we were both back standing in the exact moment before she had kicked me back.
Of course, there was a price to this technique a very severe one for the world does not take lightly to someone messing around with either time or reality.
Blood start leaking from my eyes while my head felt like it was going to explode from pain, I dropped to the ground writhing in agony.
I clench my right hand tightly with the command seals on it glowing a bright crimson "fu-fuck Saber by my c-command spell....argh please come to my side!!!!" I screamed out.
The backlash from Reverse Chronos was causing me a great deal of agony I could feel my head spin while my eyes were getting to drop into darkness.
A bright flash of golden light engulfs my vision just like one that I once saw ten years ago it was warm and comforting.
I see her kneeling down with her sword the air gently caressed her face which let her golden bangs sway in the wind...geez why am I thinking about things like this right now I thought feeling my sight grow blurry.
Saber's turns her gaze turns to me "William! Are you-" whatever she was going to say vanished away for the blissful grasp of darkness consumed me I could only hope that she could deal with Shinji's servant despite the major injuries she received from Heracles were my final thoughts.
I could feel myself drifting away surrounded by glass mirrors I see memories and fighting styles of the various people that I've copied over the course of my life.
My eyes numbly gaze over this world I feel like I should know what this place is, but I am not all too sure "back again so soon Will?" I heard a voice that I hadn't heard in so long one that should be dead.
I turned to face the person who had spoken there I saw him just as I remembered he wore his signature complete black business suit with his signature trench coat "D-dad?" I stuttered out my mind racing with questions.
Did I actually die because of the backlash "you're not dead son and I am not really your Dad...well I am sort of him but not really," he said with a smile.
To that I could only say "the hell do you mean?!"

So can anyone guess what 'Kiritsugu' mean by that he is but isn't really William and Shirou's dad I'll give you the hints it has something to do with his developing reality marble Reflective Mirror Works along with his ability to copy.
Time Alter: Reverse Chronos is the technique teased by William when he sees how Artoria deflects Gaebolg. What the techniques is allow William to deploy his bounded field in any area he desires and then reverse the events that takes place in that area for example if he was about to die like in this chapter then he would simply reverse that event before the event ever happened. Unfortunately Gaia doesn't approve of something like that since he's basically messing around with her space so the backlash he receives is extremely damaging. Not to mention a technique of that caliber takes a lot of mana.
The next few chapters I hope to focus a bit more attention between Artoria and William maybe even do a couple POV chapters for other characters.
