Chapter 17: Ch 17 – Instant Clean
As the sun rises once more to the sky, Braun was sitting in his living room, looking at his laptop with intense eyes as rapid clicks rattle throughout the room, a shadowy blur blazing through the laptop's keyboard as Braun's eyes rapidly glances around the screen, as if a hawk looking at their prey.
'I'm already connected to the database of heroes in Korea and from what I see, this guy, the hero Invincible King… He's made out of the nameless adaptive molecule Rick knows! He can tank through energy attacks, can handle stress at drastic degrees, and other properties that the non-metal molecule has! And here I thought I would have to take a few days making that stuff, but it seems like it would be easier than I thought. But to make the nuclear reactor, I would need a handful of his body and if I want to make a power armor out of that, then it would take a bit more than a singular body to make. Well, let's just assassinate the guy and chop off his limbs to build the reactor.' Braun thought, standing up from his couch and glancing at the laser gun and forcefield watch on him, nodding his head, he takes his phone and looks at where the hero was currently at.
'He's currently in Seoul, sigh, there would be many heroes there but I can take him out once he is all alone.' He thought, taking out his portal gun and pointing it to the ground, and as he presses the button on the portal gun, a golden portal appears right below him which he falls through, leaving the apartment barren without anybody else inside it.
Appearing above a five-story building, he lands down while steam erupts from his face, his face morphing into a different one that wouldn't correlate to Freidrich Braun as scars fills his face with imperfections.
Crouching down, he glances around the area where the people of Seoul were walking around, wearing suits and such while young teenage girls and boys walk around wearing casual clothes, enjoying their short summertime with each other.
'Invincible King, a strong pro hero of Korea, with an unrivaled defense that no villain dares to fight. But, there is one fatal weakness that I can exploit, I just need to block his nostrils and mouth, suffocating him to death. An easy task with a simple forcefield.' He thought, a malicious grin appearing on his face the moment he found Invincible King walking around with silver skin and hair, wearing his iconic costume of nothing but a pair of shorts that covers his nether regions.
'Or I could just make the forcefield pierce through his ears and kill him in one blow.' He thought, sneaking around the rooftops of buildings, evading the other patrolling heroes around the area, especially the ones that were flying.
After a while, Braun sees that the hero was walking to the outskirts of Seoul causing a glint to appear in his eyes, with a plan now set in his mind, he grabs a random pebble from the rooftop he was on and throws it to a nearby alley in the distance, causing the sound of metal hitting metal to rattle in that area which caught Invincible King's attention.
Walking to the area, Invincible King glances around the dark alley with his silver muscular body causing rays of light to illuminate the area by reflecting the sun rays around him.
As he walks to the garbage bin in the distance to see if there were any stray animals he could help bring to the animal shelter, he suddenly felt his body going through a weird membrane and felt water suddenly entering his mouth and nose causing his eyes to widen.
'W-what? Where am I?' he thought, flailing his arms around trying to swim to the surface above him where the light illuminates, the only way out that he was able to find on short notice.
But suddenly, he felt a weird tingle appearing in his ankles along with his body being pulled further down underwater causing him to panic.
Turning his body around, he looks below him to see a guy with scars lining all around his face that makes him look like a monster, but the hero didn't fear the face but instead the malicious grin on that face instead.
As the small amount of water continues to stay in his mouth, he desperately flails his legs around, kicking the weird glowing blue hand that grabs his ankles but to no avail as he accidentally swallowed the water in his mouth that snowballed to him drowning to death, his body still remaining as the juicy material Braun wants.
Quickly swimming up to the surface while grabbing the hero's body, Braun takes a swig of fresh sea air, glancing at the rising sun above him as he glances at the wet hero in his arms.
'I still have to extract the pure molecules from his body, so making the material extractor should be the next goal. Then with the harder materials now solve, I'll only have to design the blueprint and start building it which should take a few days, just after UA should start, then after that, I'll start making more portal fluid and start going to other alternate realities to see what this universe holds.' Braun thought, his eyes gleaming at what this universe has in store for him.
As a blue glowing platform appears right beside him, he gets on top of it with a grunt and plops down the hero's surprisingly light body compared to his seemingly metallic physique.
Taking the portal gun from his pocket, he presses the trigger and a golden portal appears right in from of him which he walks through while the dead hero was dragged behind him using his left arm.
Appearing in his bedroom with his body coated in water, he leaves the dead hero on his wooden floor while grabbing his towel to wipe his body dry including the dead corpse below him.
Nodding his head, he crouches down to reach the lower part of his cabinet and takes out his toolbox along with random metallic scraps, and went to his kitchen where he can melt it.
A few hours later, after molding the metal into a box and putting in the needed parts, and lining up the wires, he puts in the casing and glances at the hollow metallic cube in front of him, and lets out a groan.
Standing up from his lotus position, he pats his thighs to wipe off the black specks of dust that piled up over it, watching it all fall to the ground creating a mess.
Grabbing the cube, he walks back to his bedroom and put it down in the middle of the room, and after putting his hand on top of the cube, the screen on it lights up and he went to type on the alien texts that no one in this universe would be able to comprehend and went to put the required data.
Walking back to his cabinet, he opens it and takes out a black box and after opening it, he takes out a green tea set with uranium in it that gives it its green color.
Crawling back to his new device, he puts the tea set in the middle and configures the code, and with a press on the button right beside the screen on top of the black box, a flash of light erupts from the middle and as the light subsides, what was shown was the glass now being colorless and transparent while pure uranium was right beside the tea set in small amounts.
Putting the tea set in the kitchen, he scoops up the uranium and put it inside a glass vial and stores it inside the container where the radioactive tea set was previously stored, and put it back inside the cabinet.
'Now, here comes the hard part.' He thought, glancing at the dead corpse currently on top of his futon and he went to open a portal right inside his room, one appearing on the left side while the other one right in the middle.
Picking up the body with a grunt, he puts all of his limbs right through the portal in the left wall and watches those four limbs peek through the portal in the middle of the room, after he sees that it's perfectly aligned, the portal suddenly closes shut, cutting off the 4 limbs while blood went to spew on his futon and also on the floor where the other portal was located.
Ignoring the bloody mess, he puts the 4 limbs in the black cube and went to reconfigure it once more, and with a single press of a button, white bright light flashes from the middle of the cube.
Once the light finally subsides, he opens his eyes to see the 4 limbs now fleshy and weak while a weird silvery clump of unknown material sits right beside the 2 severed arms and 2 severed legs.
Then as he repeats the steps and puts the head and torso in the cube, he now has a decent amount of the super cool adaptive material in hand which he stores back in his cabinet.
'Now I only need to buy the materials needed like wires and glass then I'll just have to build it.' He thought, standing up with a groan as the materials that were hard to get were finally done, he was left with other minor tasks before he could start actually building the miniature nuclear reactor.
Leaving his room, he went to his kitchen to grab some liquid and physical soap along with some food snacks that could act as his reactive ingredient and brought them all to the bathroom.
Dispensing all the liquid soap and shampoo into a bucket, he dissolves the soap in water and went to pour the soap into the bucket, then opens some detergents and pours them all into the liquid concoction, then as he drops some protein bars, he stirs the concoction with a wooden spoon and watches it become a pink liquid with the smell of flowers wafting through the air.
Grabbing the concoction, he pours it into a spray bottle and keeps the leftover into a bottle of detergent, leaving it in the corner of the bathroom, and walks back to his bloody bedroom with the spray bottle of pink liquid in hand.
'Instant Clean, a self-made concoction that can instantly clean any surface and get rid of the dirt, blood, and other stuff. And it's pretty cheap to make, about 1000 yen to make a bucket's worth.' Braun thought, opening the door as blood went to leak out of the room onto the hallway along with the bottom of his feet being coated in blood.
Pointing his spray bottle to his feet, the pink liquid went to coat the whole floor, and magically, the blood went away, leaving nothing behind as if it simply disappeared from reality.
Entering his room, he went to shoot more pink liquid all around the room, the blood covering most of his room going away as a pleasant smell covers the whole room instead as if he enters a field of flowers in spring even though he was in the blazing hot summer of Japan.
Now comes the tedious part, his futon that was filled with blood not just on the outside but on the inside.
Opening it, he shoots a multitude of pink liquid inside to clean it from the inside out, and after a while, even though it did become clean, it was still wet and he needs to hang it out for a few hours.
But luckily for him, as he walks to the balcony to hang his futon, the blazing hot sun's rays of light directly hits his futon, which should shorten the time it takes to dry by a few hours.
Now that he's done cleaning his apartment, he nods his head and walks back inside his living room to take a short break and watch some news on his television.
